What People Say

In summary

Eagle Falls Golf Club is appreciated for its well-maintained course and enjoyable layout, with some visitors noting the helpfulness and friendliness of certain staff members. However, there are recurring complaints about management and customer service, with several guests experiencing issues related to booking errors, pace of play enforcement, and unprofessional interactions with staff. These management concerns have led some to have negative experiences despite the course's positive attributes.

Love the layout, not much elevation change but to be expected in the location. In summer I imagine the course is in great shape.

Good course but bad management. Willy in the main shop needs an attitude check. He seemed annoyed that we wanted to golf there and would not answer questions. Was also angered by us confirming our cart number twice. Sucks when a good course is brought down by a Willy.

Poor management and facilitation. No one in the club house has a right of mind on how to run tee times or manage pace of play. There is no player responsibility or rules in place. I've never played a course who had 2-3 people standing around and no marshal checking the course. Anyone working here or eagle does not care about anything but money. As much as members pay in fees and memberships, this course is terribly managed and ran.

Horrible experience!! We played 9 holes two weeks ago and we paid for 18 holes. The course was so busy that the staff in the clubhouse apologized and told us the next 9 holes are on them. We showed up today to play 9 holes with the rain check they gave us….two managers in the shop told us their staff screwed up by giving us the rain check and proceeded to charge us for the 9 holes. I told the manager that you admitted they screwed up and how a real business works you are supposed to honor what was offered. Any company would stand by that principle. Complete Jerk of management ! You should neve…

Never golfed a day in my life until I was here just less than a week ago. I came with a group and didn’t even make it half way before getting kicked off the course. Us ladies skipped some rounds so we didn’t hold everyone else up behind us. We kept up to the gentlemen ahead of us so there was no issues (or so we thought). When we asked for a reasonable explanation as to why we couldn’t play anymore, apparently we were holding people up (wasn’t the case at all). How else can someone learn if not going to a golf course?! the girl was very confrontational and just said her boss told her to do thi…

First time practicing there at the range, had to wait about 20 minutes as all space was taken around 3 pm and office almost ran out of balls but good location

What a great course! Some of the nicest workers I have met! They were very helpful for teaching me how to play golf and how to follow the course rules and etiquette. Would recommend this course and anaconda hills since they are co owned!

We took our wives golfing here while visiting from Canada. most of the girls were beginner golfers and we all paid for 18 holes with the girls only playing par 3s to keep our pace up. Management showed up and very rudely asked us to leave and when asked why would not explain and told us to take it up with another guy but then told us he left. we later found out we were removed after the 8th hole because golf course employees were behind us golfing and complaining and called 6 times. The girl at the front desk was very rude and straight up told lies to stick up for her fellow employees that wer…

Don’t bother coming here. A group of 8 of us travelled down from Canada to spend a week in Great Falls. I called two weeks prior to us arriving to arrange a round of golf. I asked for 2 foursomes back to back. We arrived and they had only booked one foursome but they squeezed us in. They asked us not to play together as a group. We have 4 people that know how to golf and 4 that are just learning. After the first hole we let a group play through. We kept pace with them and just played the 8 of us together. The girls didn’t want to play par 5s and wanted to play the 3s and tried a few par 4s. Ag…

I've been playing golf for a longtime but lost my swing and with that my confidence. I decided to take a lesson with Dan and because of him, golf is fun again. I immediately felt comfortable around him. His rates are the best I have seen and he gives you a full hour lesson. In this one lesson, he made a few small changes and today, I played 9 holes and 8 times I was in the middle of the fairway. Dan has a keen eye for helping golfers find their game or learn this game. Thank you Dan
