In summary

Eagles Glenn of Cavendish is widely praised for its beautiful and well-maintained course, challenging layout, and friendly staff, providing a memorable golfing experience in a picturesque setting. Many visitors appreciate the course's forgiving fairways and well-designed greens, along with the helpfulness of fellow players and staff. However, some golfers have noted issues with slow pace of play and occasional management or scheduling concerns, particularly for members seeking tee times.

Excellent, excellent golf course , we absolutely loved it. Highly recommend if you’re a tourist in the area. My brother and I were paired up with two gentlemen that were members there for a 6:30 am tee time. They were so kind and we had an absolute blast with them. Best experience golfing yet.

What a great day.. 82 sunny. Lucked out. Booked as a single. Played with 2 members who guided me around the course. Two of the nicest gentlemen I ever met. Both ex Canadian military. Thank you for your service. Course was great. Don't get fooled by the yardage. I'm about a 6 handicap. Was a challenge from the white tees. Target golf and tricky greens. A little pricey. Cart golf and tax $162. But I'm in PEI, they don't have courses like this at home. Staff were helpful and very nice. The pace of play was very good on the front 9. Ran into a road block on 10. Back 9 much slower but finished in 4…

Beautiful course. I would give 4.5 of 5 stars for the condition. Some dry patches here and there, greens in excellent shape, some tee boxes need a bit of repairs but nothing major. Service cart on the course came around 3 times which is great. Good pace of play (abot 3h55). Overall a good experience. Staff is,nice and friendly. Range balls available for free when visited.

Beautiful course, awesome staff and landscape was amazing. I have a suggestion for an improvement to the course for the future. Because we had never golfed at your course we had no idea where to aim on a lot of holes as there was no picture of the shape of the fairway or direction to the flag. Possible solutions in the two pictures I have attached. Second one is the scorecard from the course I belong to. Have a prosperous season.

This course features an excellent golf track set in exceptionally beautiful countryside. The greens are large and reasonably fast, the bunkers are very well maintained and add to the challenge of the pin placements on most holes. Fairways offer generous landing zones and they are immaculately kept. Pro Shop and restaurant staff are very welcoming. This year, we played on a Tuesday in July and the course was a little behind schedule. Our round took about five hours with no break at the turn. On previous visits to this course our foursome were able to complete 18 holes in four and a half hours.…

Wonderful golf experience - would 100% recommend. Played with 3 senior lady members and they couldn’t have been more fun and helpful. Course is in excellent shape. I preferred this round and overall golf experience to many of the other similar level courses in the area. Service, course design and conditions were all top notch. I do not generally give a 5 star, but if there was a 4.5 I would give it to EG. looking forward to returning for more golf in future. Greens were very fair - other courses were fast to point of impossible, EG greens were welcoming and rolled very well / fair.

The greens and fairways were in great shape considering the dry weather. Nice golf course and practice range.

Nice course, very technical. BUT we were scheduled for a 1250 tee time and got there and at the last second they pushed us for 1240 to cram another group on! No time at the range with rentals. Not good!

Love the course. But 4h50m without a marshal or a beverage cart in sight makes it much less enjoyable.

Our second annual round was a success. With nice dense rough around the greens, well maintained fairways, mounds, bunkers and tee boxes it makes one feel like they are playing a course more than what they paid for. Clubhouse was well stocked, staff was friendly. Knocking one star as the greens were poorly mowed.

It is very near the end of the season and you would never know it here...amazing condition. Friendly staff and patrons. Not snobby like some other higher end courses.
