In summary

Eagles Landing Golf Club of Belton is appreciated for its well-maintained fairways, challenging layout, and friendly staff, with some visitors highlighting the helpfulness of specific employees. However, there are recurring criticisms regarding customer service in the pro shop, restrictive policies on coolers, and issues with pace of play, which some find detracts from the overall experience. Additionally, the use of GPS-enabled carts and certain course policies have been noted as inconvenient by some guests.

My overall experience was mixed and, unfortunately, fell short of expectations. The most disappointing part of the visit was the interaction in the pro shop. The individual managing the shop came across as disrespectful and spoke in a way that felt condescending, which immediately set the wrong tone for the day. Customer service is a major part of the golf experience, and this interaction made the visit feel unwelcoming from the start. The pro shop and concession area both left quite a bit to be desired. In addition, outside coolers are not permitted, and players are required to rent one from…

Great fun course, fairways are in good condition, greens are super fast which I love. Price is reasonable, but for my first time there yesterday we played at a very quick pace for a busy Saturday morning finishing the round in about 4 hours and 20 min. We waited On the group ahead of us on about half of all of our shots. Absolutely nobody Waiting behind us for The entire round and yet the Marshall came up to our group 6 separate times throughout the 18 holes telling us that we are behind schedule. It wasnt only that he was constantly pestering us, but that his tone was aggressive and condescen…

Had a great first experience here! Paul, Tom, and Doug were awesome! I’ve only golfed 2 times ever before in my life. Paul even came out at the driving range to give me pointers that actually helped! I dig the GPS inside the Golf Cart, helps navigation tremendously! Great course even for a windy day! Will be back!

Volunteered to assist during a charity tournament...enjoyed it immensely. Nice course. Nice driving range. Beautiful fully equipped clubhouse. Large bathrooms with available lockers. Fountain drinks and ice water available. Friendly staff and cart guys: Luke Shaw...is amazing! Worth tipping every time!

Wanted to play here on weekend and walk course. Online booking only allows you to book with a cart fee. Their own website shows weekend rates before 2pm $41 to walk and $58 ride. Why if I want to book a tee time in advance do I have to pay for a cart? Also you cannot reserve a tee time via the club house anymore. Is this not false advertising????

The staff is wonderful. They are very accommodating. I have 2 suggestions however. The greens need to be faster. They are way to slow and inconsistent. You never know how hard to hit your putt. 2nd. I think management should find another greens keeper that can maintain the greens as they should. Having faster, more consistent greens would be much more fun because you have a better chance to score. 10 and 11 green have a bad fungus. Slow play is also an issue.

I wish I could give this place 5 stars in good conscience. I love the course and the practice areas… but the service in the pro shop is absolutely awful. There are a couple of guys in there that are nice and hospitality (and actually act like they want your business), but the others are so incredibly short and rude. I got hung up on while on the phone today with one of the guys (Mark) for no reason at all. And then when I tried to call back, he wouldn’t answer the phone. If the management would just take customer service seriously and fire those bad apples, this would be a 5-star public course…

Just finished playing here for the first time. I had a 9:30AM tee time that tee'd off on time, but took close to 5 hours to finish. Pace of play was a consistent issue after the first few holes and there was never a marshall driving around to push the pace of whatever group was holding everyone up. This weekend is one of the worst heatwaves of the Summer and there wasn't any water on any of the holes and no cart girl. Before the round, I saw one of the staff yelled at a guest who was trying to bring in a cooler with nothing but water bottles. If you're not going to allow people to bring water…

Decently manicured course. Pro shop is lackluster to say the most. Drove the ball into the rough, took the cart to hit my second shot and my cart completely died. They have GPS on the carts and geofences all around the course so if you go somewhere you shouldn’t be your cart completely dies. I called the course to tell them hey the cart died. They said I was in the flowers when I was not. Why would I be driving in the flowers. Not only did he not have the ability to turn my cart on he accused me of driving through the landscaping, so I had to push my cart up hill, further into the 17th hole th…

Great course, and the only course I've been to that had coolers with bottle Waters in them on the course. Will definitely be coming back. Also, cheeseburger dogs are amazing!

The course is always in pretty decent condition. But almost every time I call up there or go inside the pro shop, the workers are rude more times than not. Doesn’t give a very welcoming feel.
