In summary

Elma Meadows Golf Course is appreciated for its beautiful setting, well-maintained course conditions, and challenging layout, making it a good value for a public course. However, some visitors have experienced difficulties with the booking process, noted a lack of amenities such as refreshments, and encountered unfriendly or unaccommodating staff, particularly regarding policies on club sharing and non-playing riders. Despite these issues, many still find it to be a hidden gem worth visiting.

If this is is the only review I ever leave I am going to make it count, with that being said Elma Meadows is a nice course in solid condition that I have enjoyed playing the two times I went. Unfortunately today when me and my girlfriend decided to play we where met with one of the rudest starters or individuals I have ever encountered. After we arrived an I paid me and my girlfriend who was not playing because she had a broken leg made our way to the starter, when I passed him my receipt he looked at me and started asking what she was doing in the cart ? I simply explained that she was just…

Best value golf course for the money and a hidden gem. It’s next to a ski area which helps add to the beauty of the layout. A good amount of hills and treelined. Course conditions are great for the price and above average for a city course. No cart girl or drinks available at the clubhouse so bring your drinks beforehand. Has a range and decent gas carts. I wouldn't recommend getting season pass here because it's impossible to get a tee time here. Don't be fooled by the great price and value of the pass. They pretty much have daily tournaments here and your fighting for tee times with season…

Course is in great condition Nice place to get a quick 9 holes in with our 4 year old. (she has clubs, they sometimes give us trouble when we bring her)Staff for the most part is very nice. The 5pm price is $12 crazy good. The weekly & weekend price is fair.

This is a great old golf course! since the big irrigation project the course has healed up and is in great condition! the greens, fairways and tee boxes all in excellent shape. I never had one of those stupid hard pan lyes. Its long, If you dont hit the ball far this will be a tough course, long par 4's make played like par 5's. this course is amazing in the fall... the giant hard wood trees are super colorful. enjoy!

It was my first time going to Elma Meadows Golf Course and I will not be going back. I booked a tee time for my girlfriend and I, hoping that it would be a nice, easy course to help teach my girlfriend. When we went inside the pro shop to pay, they asked my girlfriend if she had a set of clubs. She was planning on using my clubs, as she is just getting into golf and doesn’t have her own set of clubs yet. They would not let her golf because she didn’t have her own set of clubs. At this point, we decided that I was going to golf solo and my girlfriend would hangout in the cart. Even though it wa…

One of the best public courses in Erie County. They nickel and dime you for things like credit cards or making a reservation online, but it’s still a good value. They put some money into it with all the new carts too.

This is a welcome little gem. Out in the middle of nowhere(but not too far out there) , this course is in great shape and the price is awesome! 2 people, 9 holes with cart was less than $50 during the week.

Tough course. A hole or two should have been a par 5 but the greens run decently, not amazing but decent. The lay out of the course is great! It keeps things difficult and interesting.

Well maintained county park. Dog friendly, try the X-country trail before the golf course opens.
