In summary

Emanon Country Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained and scenic course, offering a challenging yet enjoyable experience for golfers of all skill levels. The course layout, with its elevation changes and picturesque setting, is a highlight for many visitors. However, some guests have reported issues with customer service, particularly for non-members, and have noted occasional slow pace of play and overgrown roughs. Additionally, the club's policy of restricting alcohol purchases to members has been a point of contention for some patrons.

Golf course is nice but the experience was pretty poor. - Staff is rude - Stuck behind multiple groups with 5+ players - Carts aren’t good - Rough is overgrown. You will lose balls if you’re not hitting a lot of fairways

Be weary of booking a tee Time on league nights. Recently, we experienced an unfortunate run-in with them. We were on the 17th hole when members of the League showed up after we were there first. They would not let us finish and suggested we go back to the 1st hole. There were only two of us and we teed off before the league started. Prior to this happening, I was commenting about how beautiful the course was. Unfortunately, after encountering the league and their rude and unwelcoming attitudes, which was very off-putting, neither one of us will ever go back to golf at this course.

Very nice golf course with interesting elevation changes and blind tee shots. The greens are well maintained and have consistent color and grass type. Will definitely recommend the course especially in the fall when the foliage changes color.

This would be a 5 star review if we're just talking about the golf course itself. The course is in great condition and it's fun but challenging! However if you're not a member forget any sort of customer service. Can't buy any beer at the course unless a member. If you want any sort of drink it's from two empty soda machines, unless you get lucky and get an expired peach iced tea. Bartenders in the clubhouse were rude. I stood at the bar to get food included in round to be told after being ignored for several minutes that they ran out. Unless you're a member expect nothing but rude people

Very well kept course! Solid 18 hole experience. Some fairways hold on to water if there’s been heavy rain, but nothing major. Only drawbacks - halfway house is rarely open and limited water refill spots.

Another beautiful and well kept 18 hole golf course located in the Falls area. It is semi private, they take walk ons and also tee times in advance. Call ahead to be certain that there are not any tournaments, fund raisers or members only events. Most days there should be no problems getting a tee time. You have a choice of walking or riding the course for a small fee. Very scenic course that can challenge any level but is friendly to all abilities.

This is & always has been the best keep secret in our area, now the secrets out. Jason the grounds keeper & his staff have done an exceptional job over the year. If you haven't played Emanon CC in awhile come on back & checkout all the new improvements. This course gets better & better each year. A working man course.

Haven't been here in about a decade, but things have changed. There aren't as many trees lining each hole and since holes/greens have been moved around. Still an awesome course that's incredibly well-maintained. Will not be waiting 10+ years to play here again.

President was behind us and yelling the course was cart path only when their own board had 4 holes that were 90° to cart path. When this same president was driving down the fairway. There was no notification of anything different when we paid in the morning. Attendant(who was very nice) said president called 3 times complaining about it and wanted us removed. Apparently he doesn't read his own courses board. Also there were par 4's made into par 3's without notice at the par 4 tee boxes. Nice course for the weather we've been having but made for a poor experience. Also be warned you need to be…

Course seems to have really gone down hill. Not much effort to preserve fairways. Carts were always never great but tee boxes and fairways were hardpan or overgrown. Women's tees were atrocious with some being side sloped. Used to be a great option for a late afternoon round, now will probably look elsewhere.

I'm not a golfer! My kudos go to "Chef Nick"! I literally can't wait for my husband to get home to see if he brought some of the Chef's awesome food home! This Chef makes a burger, like nobody's business! His Salisbury Steak & Mashed with Gravy are to "die for"! I'm a "picky eater", but give me Chef Nick's meatloaf, Salisbury Steak or just the Burger & I'm in HEAVEN! HAIL TO THE CHEF!!! ********************************************** THERE IS "NO CHEF" AT EMANON! I'M TIRED OF "BOXED" LUNCHES & MCDONALD'S WHEN MY HUSBAND RETURNS HOME FROM GOLFING. THERE'S "NOTHING" IN A PLASTIC BAG FROM EMANON,…
