In summary

Emerald Greens Golf Club is often praised for its friendly staff, enjoyable layout, and well-maintained amenities, including a welcoming clubhouse and dining options. However, several visitors have expressed concerns about the condition of the greens and bunkers, with some feeling that the course is overpriced given these issues. The club has been undergoing renovations, which may impact the playability and value perception for some golfers.

Played today very early (6am) got a discounted round at a whopping $63! Course has to be pretty nice no? Hell no, right out the gate the tee box grass is higher than a full length tee might as well tee up with a bamboo to see your ball. Read some other reviews about how lovely the greens are and I understand green issues. That’s not the problem, the problem is things that are manageable like bunkers and tee boxes. You can’t charge $20-30 more than your local municipals for bunkers that look like someone went dirt biking in them when I'm the first tee time of the day. The owner keeps addressing…

Just had the chance to golf both Gold and Silver courses this week. I saw the reviews from earlier in the year and they were accurate in the state of the course. I am amazed at how much work they did and the complete turn around this course has made in such a short time. They have completely restored three greens from scratch. The rest of the greens received over seeding, aeration, patching and rest. That is not all they have done, they completely re-landscaped around several greens and greenside bunkers that would washout constantly. They edged every sandtrap on the course, overseeded or com…

Paid $150 for shitty greens, non raked bunkers, non upgraded carts and shitty tee boxes. Save your money! Should offer discounted prices due to course conditions. Some of the greens are un-puttable. Sounds like an issue that has been around for a while. We debated leaving early or asking the clubhouse for a refund/raincheck.. Very disappointing.

The first time I played here was the last weekend they were open. The course was in good condition for that time of year. They are doing a LOT of renovations around the course. It will be interesting to come back and see what is updated when in season and able to use the tee boxes. ***Updated 9/1/25** Not sure what happened but this course has gone from playable to absolutely horrible. The fairways are fine, no problems there, but the greens were absolutely horrid. The greens have just been left to rot while they spent money on a huge clubhouse and fancy wedding areas. Maybe someday it will…

I played the Silver Course this week and the Gold Course twice earlier this year, both courses are almost unplayable. I know they have discounted the price and they are working on the issues, but the truth is they should close both courses until conditions improve. Based on the current conditions, it going to be weeks before the courses are playable. I’ll be back, because I enjoy both courses, but I only get to play a couple times a week the discount isn’t enough for me to three putt every green.

Had a meal here with friends. Everyone's meal came out.But when they brought mine, it was completely wrong. They did take it back and brought me the correct one within minutes. The servers in the bartender seem to be very friendly.

Emerald Greens golf course is the country club without the cost of membership. If you love golf, friendly staff and a place to have a great bite to eat and a beverage after your 9 or 18 then Emerald Greens is for you. Both the Silver and Gold courses have always been beautiful landscaped and maintained. While the summer of 2025 challenged the courses with some environmental issues they promptly addressed them. If you love golf, you’ll find that Emerald Greens is a true gem!

Really fun courses! We like that we can play both courses and get variety. Gold is an easier course, while Silver is the tougher of the two. Pretty good conditions with greens that are reasonably tough and in good condition. 2025 update: they've increased their prices and it's not as well maintained. Still, I appreciate that they are open later into the year and one of the first courses to open. 3 stars is based on value.

I go here quite often for the driving range, it’s a little pricey in my opinion for a bucket, but not bad, the best part is it’s got lots of space and you can just use the machine and not have to go into the clubhouse or anything. As far as the actual course, it’s decent but unless you’re going at night and walking it’s way too expensive for what it is, and they charge each golfer for a full cart even for 9 holes, I know a lot of clubs are going this way but typically those are much nicer ones that can get away with it. It’s a nice course overall but it should be considered more of a budget/c…

The Gold course is virtually unplayable due to course construction on numerous holes. They still charged full price for Green fees. We left the course at the 6th hole and asked for a rain check due to course conditions. They gave us credit for 12 holes to be used later. They shouldn't charge full green fees during construction and they should have told and the course condition before we played the gold.

Silver course is awesome, we had a great time! Very unique course hole 6 was my favorite. Every hole has a detailed map on each tee box, I don't know why every course doesn't have these!
