In summary

Falcon Ridge Golf Club is praised for its stunning views, challenging layout with significant elevation changes, and friendly, attentive staff. The course is generally in good condition, though some visitors have expressed concerns about the front nine greens undergoing renovation and the loud cart notifications. Additionally, some players have experienced issues with pace of play and scheduling tee times close to sunset.

It was a fun course to play and to bomb tee shots. Many blind shots. A few dumb holes. Did not like the power cart reminding us we were behind schedule even when we caught up to the group in front of us.

A genuinely breathtaking layout. This course will make you want to keep up with the pace of play just so you have time to take a few pics between shots. They are toying with switching grass types on the greens right now. The back nine has significantly nicer greens, but they are about to rip those up and replace them with the same grass as the front 9. I have mixed feelings about this, but also acknowledge that the current type of grass burns badly in the summer. Course is not difficult, though it could be made that way very easily if you're not careful. The only thing that I didn't like was…

The worst front 9 greens I have ever played in my entire life. They tried to replace front 9 greens with a hybrid Bermuda. They never grew right. If they only charged like 50 bucks to play i would understand. To charge people s premium price for $115 dollars in off season for 9 holes you can't really put on is unacceptable. Most nice courses will only charge half price even when they just punch in spring which roll 100 times better than the front 9 right now. It's so bad they should not even let anyone play the front 9 until they get them replaced or repaired. I left feeling like I had just be…

Mesquite golf courses are not cheap…but this is one of the more affordable ones. The views (omg the views!) and challenge level did not disappoint! Course was in good condition and greens fees were $110 when my group went 3rd week of October. I think it’s a good value since it’s 2 weeks into prime season. Nevada has a lot of perks for active military and veterans - Falcon Ridge gave my hubby a $41 discount (amazing right?!)! He just needed to show his drivers license which has Veteran on it.

A very scenic course in great condition. However, there are several holes with blind shots and some way of informing a first time player would be beneficial. Also a warning to anyone (like my friend who played) with some physical limitations, that the only level place on the course/grounds is the parking lot. Every hole seemed to have major elevation changes, both up and down which made for a long day and a good nights sleep.

The course was very nice, I loved the layout of the first 11 holes….. the staff was top notch!! On top of everything including cleaning my clubs when we were finished! I forgot to tip them… my bad, I’ll get them double next time…. Only thing keeping the rating at 4 stars is letting me book 18 holes with a 2:30 pm tee time knowing that we would be told to leave the course at 5:30! We played as fast as the group in front of us, and no one behind us had to wait for us….. just thinking in the winter they shouldn’t book 18 after maybe 1:00 pm

Falcon Ridge isn't just a round of golf. It's an immersive experience! From the attendant who greeted us in the parking lot and took our bags to the carts and set us all up, to the pro shop staff who tended our every need before we stepped to the first tee, you are 100% their most important person and they show tremendous focus in helping you feel welcome. Then there is the course. You step out of the desert and into a golf paradise. The challenging fairways and greens kept us focused all while giving us breathtaking views of the surrounding valley. Gorgeous! After our round, the cart attend…

Worst golf experience I’ve ever had. 3rd time playing and loved it the first 2 times. Brought 16 players hoping for a fun round and was great until hole 6 when the course Marshall came over. I asked him how his day was so far and he literally said “ Good until your group showed up”. We were 11 minutes behind and I understand a request to speed up but not when you start the conversation like that. We made up 7 minutes in 2 holes and he came to us again. I was only 3 minutes behind after the cart girl came by and he was still complaining. At that point my round was ruined. We hurried off the gre…

A bit expensive but great views and interesting elevation changes throughout the course. Some absolutely stunning tee box views. Course is going through some renovations here and there, as in they are building a driving range or other sort of practice facility. Comparing to flat courses where there are not much up or down hill, this place plenty of both.

Beautiful golf course. Back 9 could kick your ass if you don’t have local knowledge. We like it more than Conestoga. However, when it started raining, the steep hill is hella dangerous. Be very cautious when you hit the brake. Will come back again!

Stunningly beautiful course! Back 9 ramps up the difficulty but the views are breathtaking. The course itself was in tiptop shape and the staff was super friendly and inviting.

This place was amazing!! By far my favorite course of all the courses I've played in my golfing life. Great staff, the course was in excellent condition from tee to green. If you are going on a golf trip to Mesquite, this is a must play. I live in Scottsdale, AZ and I will DEFINITELY come back to play this course again!!!
