In summary

Palms Golf Club receives praise for its friendly staff, interesting course layout, and enjoyable back nine with notable elevation changes. However, many visitors express concerns about the course's condition, citing dry fairways, hard bunkers, and inconsistent greens. Additionally, some golfers report issues with slow pace of play and feel the course is overpriced given its current state.

Didn't play here, but saw this massive patch of greenery as we were driving by on our way to visit friends in Mesquite. Looked to be a very nicely laid out course with attractive water features made more pleasant by the arid skyline and surroundings.

First time and last time. The internet rate is less than what they charge. There is green grass on the driving range, but no where else. Don’t watch the videos on YouTube that show this course because it looks nothing like it is now. Sand is hard… I mean concrete hard. Cart paths are cracked and broken all over. Fairways and greens are all painted green. Fairways are hard and dead. Greens are hard and dead. You can hit the greens on an approach shot and they don’t make ball marks…because it’s so hard. No gps on carts. No ball washers anywhere. I live on a city course that is 30 min from this p…

The good: Fun layout, challenging back 9 with some fun elevation swings. The ladies at the grill are super friendly. The bad: the course was looking a little parched on 3/26/26, greens were a little fuzzy. Concrete cart paths could use some love. Would enjoy playing here again.

I enjoyed my visit to the Palms. The greens were in great shape in June. The price was great and the staff was nice. The front nine is nothing special. It seems as though they could have used the water a bit better on the front nine to Make it more interesting. I hardly noticed the water as it wasn't very close to the fairways or greens except for the carry on #7 par 3. The back nine was much more interesting with several elevation changes up and down. My favorite holes are #'s 10, 15, 17.

Extremely slow play. They shotgun start everyone at 10am. Our pace of play was excruciatingly slow. Our first 9 holes took nearly 3 hours. We left after 13 holes. Very disappointing.

Thank you to the staff at Palms for welcoming No Stress Golf Group. Everything was organized perfectly and everyone was friendly. We especially liked the cart signs with our names. The course was in great shape and play moved along nicely. Those of us playing for the first time enjoyed the interesting course layout. Hope to visit again from St. George.

The worst treatment of paying customers I’ve ever experienced. We purchase a twilight round and tried to squeeze every bit of daylight. The Marshall came up us to absolutely shaking about the fact that it was 5:00 pm and we didn’t come in until 4:45. They never specified to us a time to come in and were extremely disrespectful. Do not go to that course.

Don’t waste your money here unless you enjoy playing off the dirt all day. Course is burnt out hardly any grass at all. Greens were ok.

Played day one of two day tournament today. Well oiled machine... from picking up assigned (with name placards) golf carts that had ice filled coolers, pre-wetted turkish hand towels, rental agreement that you must sign, golf score card, three tees and smiling gentlemen ready with buckets of practice balls, and answers to any questions,. They definitely know how to assist players in keeping wasted time out of your pre-game by their organization. The food service area was just as organized. They had at least 20 customers, and somehow seemed to remember by sight which person belonged to the food…
