In summary

Fall Creek Falls State Park Golf Course is highly praised for its well-maintained greens, challenging layout, and picturesque setting, offering a rewarding experience for golfers of all skill levels. The staff is noted for their friendliness and the amenities, including a clubhouse and dining options, enhance the overall experience. However, some visitors have expressed frustration with the handling of weather-related cancellations and pet policies, indicating room for improvement in customer service.

Fall Creek Falls has a great golf course. The clubhouse, grill and on course restrooms are all in top shape. The crew working there was friendly and helpful. The course was in great shape. Greens were excellent. The traps were all clean and recently dragged. However I visited them too often. This is a great golfing experience.

Truth be told I love this course, but we book a tee time on a cold morning. They ended up up calling to let us know that they wouldnt let anybody on the golf course about 15 minutes before our round started at 9 am. We drove 1.5 hours to get there, and I really wish they had called us before we made the trip.

When it comes to golf courses that are accessible to the public in Tennessee, the Tennessee State Parks have some of the most challenging and picturesque courses in the state. Jack Nicklaus helped put the State Parks on the map when he put together the Bear Trace. Nicklaus originally built 5 Bear Trace courses; three of them are still owned, operated, and maintained by Tennessee State Parks. However, as nice as the three Bear Trace courses are, the other six courses in the Tennessee Golf Trail are also excellent. One of these is Fall Creek Falls. Fall Creek Falls State Park sits atop 29,800 a…

Great 18-hole golf course! ⛳️ The course opened in 1972 and was designed by renowned designer Joe Lee. Fun Fact: The golf course has been designated as a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary by Audubon International. All nine of Tennessee State Park’s Golf Trail courses are Audubon Certified. Fall Creek Falls golf course has also been recognized as one of the country’s Top 100 Public Places to play by golf digest.

Awesome course, in excellent condition. Stop and get a fried Bologna sandwich at the clubhouse you won't regret it...

After loading up the family and driving 4 hours we were turned away because we had a 7lbs senior Chihuahua. Apparently the deer running across the green on #8 and the child slamming a putter into the practice green is fine but no dogs allowed by the rude staff. Interesting enough this was our 6th time there with the dog so this was very unexpected at a state park.

Golfing paradise. Even the heat didn't keep us from playing all 18 super difficult holes. Staff friendly and hospitable. Undergoing some renovations, but that didn't impede the great service. All new electric carts. Great place to challenge your game. Thanks to all the staff and other golfers for being so polite and helpful.

The course was in great condition for all the rain lately. Greens were in great shape. It started to rain on and off so we requested a rain check, but we're denied. That was kind of unfortunate. In all fairness, it was not raining heavily yet, but you could see the storm incoming. Looking forward to playing again when the weather clears up. I would have given five stars, but I feel the customer service could have been a little better regarding the rain checks...

This golf course has meant a lot to me over the last year since playing it for the first time. It's a quiet atmosphere thanks to the layout, and you CAN'T find better greens within an hour of this golf course! It is a challenging yet rewarding track even for the scratch golfer, while also being a great place to learn for the novice golfer If you are someone that leverages golf as an outlet to navigate life's challenges, and find solace in nature and quiet, you will not leave this place feeling tired. You will feel refreshed.

Beautiful golf course that I would love to play again. Played with my father and brother at 10 am on a beautiful October Friday and I was surprised how few people were on the course. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the chicken salad sandwich from the clubhouse was pretty good too! Only nitpick would be the sand traps, of which there are many, were well groomed on top but the sand was pretty hard right underneath a pretty thin top layer making it difficult to hit a true sand wedge style shot.

A great public golf course for the $. Very scenic views and almost no holes can be seen from the previous one. Like most of the state it's been very dry and the greens have suffered. We'll be back to play here again.

Very gorgeous Park, beautiful scenery, large water fall but best after a good rain fall. You really can't beat the amazing views and variety of hiking trails, and things to do! Very good!
