Glen Flora Country Club

Best of times growing up and spending the summers here. Great memories, excellent food and service and most recently hosted my dad’s Celebration of Life there, Lee Schwartz.

Great track and pristine greens. Clubhouse food was great too. Expensive as a guest but course is top notch

I had my wedding in December...and this place didn't let me down. It was well decorated, and it didn't interfere with the decorations that we used for the ceremony and the reception. The food was delicious. We had the stuffed chicken with brie and apricot. The overall experience was so wonderful. Ms. Toni was very helpful and the entire staff was great. I recently had a disappointing experience at this country club. About two months ago, I accidentally left my golf club on one of the greens. Upon realizing this, I contacted the club and arranged for them to ship it to my home via UPS, providing my account number for the shipment. Since that time, I have followed up multiple times to check on the status of my golf club, but despite my efforts, I have yet to receive it. I attended a wedding at Glen Flora and it was absolutely beautiful. The course is in amazing condition and was such a beautiful scenery for pictures at the wedding. The staff absolutely exceed all expectations in both service and friendliness overall from the people running food to the events planner Toni. Overall amazing experience and would highly recommend for anyone else looking

The golf course is beautiful and in great condition. Clubhouse is very nice. The staff and members are friendly, cordial and inviting. The food and service in the Grill Room were excellent. A truly pleasant experience!

Beautiful clubhouse. Was there for the holiday Gala. Decorations were beautiful and the orchestra was a nice touch. They played for four hours with a mix of string quartet, small symphonic orchestra ensemble, and jazz with brass, bass and piano. (Players from Lake County Symphony)

I just had my wedding yesterday at the venue and everything was amazing. Great food, attentive staff, perfect photo backdrops, beautifully well maintained space, and great attention to detail (staff brought food out to family while out for photos)

We have been members since 1997 and Glen Flora is truly the hidden gem of Chicago's north shore. With new ownership and great upgrades to the golf course, clubhouse and grounds, the "experience" is better than ever. If you are looking for a great golf course and an even better country club experience, you owe it to yourself (and your family) to give Glen Flora a serious look.
