In summary

The Golf Club at Cimarron Trails is frequently praised for its enjoyable course layout, well-maintained greens, and reasonable pricing, making it a popular choice for both casual rounds and tournaments. Many visitors appreciate the friendly and accommodating staff, as well as the additional amenities like a driving range and a small but adequate clubhouse. However, some golfers have expressed concerns about the condition of the fairways and tee boxes, as well as the absence of water jugs on the course during hot weather, which could affect the overall experience.

Played a round before my private lesson with Noah Carter. Loved the course layout and learned from Noah what I needed to work on. I plan on returning soon to continue lessons and play again. Very nice clubhouse and the fact they serve good food is a bonus.

Good course not very difficult, except for some all water par threes. Besides that they have wide open fairways and not very many hazards. the sand traps are small and the greens are slow but over all a very fun course to play

Thirsty golfers beware! If not for a subtle but significant flaw, I could give this course 4 stars. It isn't in perfect condition, but then again, it is a small town course that you can play for $32 (including a cart) on a weekday morning. However, from May to September, a golfer ought to bring several bottles of water or else genuinely risk heat-related illness due to the total lack of water jugs on the course. I'm not sure I've ever played a course with no water jugs in the middle of July with heat indexes reaching 100-105°+. For me, that is an egregious oversight that makes it impossible…

Great course and great value! It’s got a fun layout and the greens are always in great shape! I’m not sure about the recent negative reviews. I’ve never had an issue with the course marshal/ staff or slow play! It’s definitely a hidden gem!

Great golf course, mostly always in great condition. Greens are usually in great shape also. Green fees are reasonable, and they have a membership that is a smoking good deal. Definitely go play this course. Has a driving range, and practice putting green.

Grew up playing this course. Been playing here 15 years. Fantastic course. Well taken care of. I know most of the maintenance and pro shop staff personally. Always professional. Very committed to the upkeep of this course. Always love coming home to play here.

Nice layout... greens in good shape but the fairways are in bad shape. While grass on other courses is up...it isn't here. It seems like the back 9 suffered a bad case of winter mold. It's bad. The undersized tee boxes are practically barren. Nice staff and decent price for 18. Not the worst country course ice ever played. I'd try it in summertime perhaps.

The course has a great layout. But the fairways, fringe and tee boxes are in awful shape. We were really disappointed because the reviews made it seem like it was a nice course. If they can get grass on the fairways it will be a nice course.

My son and i loved the course. it was manicured perfectly and the staff to include the grounds people were awesome. What a treat and wonderful experience ! thank you Michael Campbell drove an hour to get here. I would drive 2 for this experience again. The course looks amazing. Keep up the good work.

The course has typically been in pretty good shape for an outlier rural course. Although its old and not kept up well where cart paths, clubhouse and ball wash stations are concerned, the course itself is what you would expect to see for a small-town municipal golf course- with better conditions on the course itself. (Better than the Guthrie chain of courses, Kingfisher, Cushing and Hennesey) Non course related: The staff is incredible. very cordial, friendly- which would give this place 4 stars. Such a pleasure each time we visit. The pricing is perfect. Some clean up around the clubhouse ar…
