In summary

White Barn Estates receives praise for its beautiful venues and friendly, efficient staff, with particular commendation for its event spaces and dining experiences. However, there are significant concerns about the maintenance and management of the mini golf and par 3 courses, with reports of disrepair, inaccurate operating hours, and poor customer service. Additionally, there are complaints about the condition and management of rental properties, including issues with maintenance, transparency, and deposit returns.

INCREDIBLE Mexican food and drink! Our new favorite spot in Stillwater. Food and drink are DEVINE!! (And service, of course). Very efficient and so friendly. THANK YOU ALL!! 🙏🏽

Looked on their website and they were allegedly open today until 9 pm. It’s a gorgeous day out, but also December. I tried to call the phone # listed on their website to confirm they were open, and was sent to voicemail both times. So we ventured out to the property, which had terrible signs directing you to the appropriate place for mini golf, but when we went into the on-site restaurant, they told us to walk down to the barn. We did, and it was closed. Closed until April 1. Maybe you should update your on-line hours then?!

Drove 2 hours to come play with some buddies down in Stillwater. Went to play par 3 course with a 5pm tee time. Played 30 minutes and it got dark and called to ask about lights and the guy smoking pot in the clubhouse said they haven’t had working lights on the course in months. So very disappointing. Course was fun what little we got to play. Just service and transparency was disappointing.

Came to play mini golf with the family and based off the photos you look at online, $10 a person seemed very reasonable.. I wouldn't even play again if it was free. Here's two photos but you can expect torn up turf and and absolute trashed course through out the 18

They didn’t tell us that half the courses are under construction. We get out there and they had left trash and razor blades everywhere. They should have told us that the course was under construction and turned us away.

The venue was amazing. We received numerous compliments on how nice it was. Our consultant Larissa was AWESOME. I brought in most of my decorations but what i didn’t have was provided. We were able to go in the day before and set up, which helped so much. Not only that Larissa helped us set up and even stayed the day of to finish while we could get dressed. From start to finish it was amazing! I would definitely recommend this venue for all your special events.

Good place to live or visit with friends, the neighborhood is relatively quiet but there are still plenty of neighbors around willing to help or hang out.

For $10 I did not know 3 holes were in active repair with the carpet pulled up. There were no brick barriers by some of the water. Some holes had exposed dirt. We were not notified of the disrepair before we started.

The mini golf is supposedly open 1-8 on Sundays, but no one was onsite, so we couldn't get clubs, balls or anything else to play mini golf. I even called to make sure they are still open on Sundays and was assured they were. So everyone showed up for a birthday party, but no workers were to be found anywhere. Possibly I should have called and made some kind of reservation, but when a business says it is open and gives hours, you expect someone to be there, you know, in case someone shows up wanting to play. If you don't care if you actually get to play, this might be OK, but don't make plans…

The venues are beautiful, they have a few options to choose from.. the pavilion was built to be a dream wedding, high ceilings, and almost mirror floors. Their gazebo is peaceful an can really be set up to impress. They even have a floating gazebo.. they have 9 ponds of the property that can also be used as a area to have a wedding on.. very reasonable prices and the staff will make sure your wedding is just what you wanted.. they have even taken over decorating so you don't need to stress on your day.. they have different package deals you can choose from.. bar area, bridal room, full kitchen…

We had out wedding reception out there in 2012 and they fired my wedding planner the day before. We requested crescent roll mini sandwiches and got wonder bread with American cheese slices. There are plenty of other options in town. DONT GO HERE!
