What People Say

In summary

Golf Glendale is appreciated for its beautiful and well-maintained courses, with the Elite course offering a challenging layout featuring tight fairways and strategic water hazards. The staff is generally described as polite and welcoming, and the course is noted for being easy to walk. However, some visitors have expressed concerns about the pricing, particularly during early season, and have mentioned issues with the condition of greens and the behavior of course marshals.

Played a late afternoon 18 on the "Elite" course. Most of the tee boxes are cambered for drainage (instead of slanted). As a left hand player, I find this setup much more preferable as it allows me the option to have the ball below my feet at address (I find that slanted tee boxes usually favor right handed players and I'm stuck trying to drive with the ball above my feet). Fairways in very good condition for mid season. The turf is well watered and yielding making it easy to take a divot. The rough is well maintained and playable. There are a few water hazards that provide a good challenge…

I didn’t play golf, just accompanied someone, but everyone was very nice and welcoming. The brunch was really good.

With three outstanding teammates, we completed 18 holes of golf in the rain for the first time. Our feet were in the mud, our bodies were drenched in rain, but we fully immersed ourselves in the game, not caring about the outcome. Have a good day!

Course is beautiful. Tee offs are the only thing that need some work. Fairways and greens are always in great shape. The Elite will challenge you at times. Has some tight fairways, a few ponds, and several doglegs where distance control is key. Sand traps have beautiful white fluffy sand. Difficult to get an early tee off for non members.

Played the Elite course, it is a very beautiful course and flat layout makes it very easy to walk. Sadly greens are horrible this season (2020). Played with two members who were very nice.

110$ for a round with a cart on a Thursday at 8 am ?? Early season ? They are charging similar prices to Falcon and champetre and the course is in 5/10 shape at the moment , the other 2 I mentioned are 10/10 , unacceptable , won’t be going back to pay 110$ for a subpar golf Course

Invited by a member-friend to play on Ancestral course. Nice wide fairways, great layout and killer greens. Loved every minute. Course was very clean and neat. Can't wait to go back.

Very well manicured golf course. One of the nicest in the Montreal region.

After paying an arm and a leg for an 18 walking elite course Close to 90$. We were greeted (I use that word lightly) that we have to finish the first 9 in 2 hours or less or we cannot complete the back 9 after already paying. With nobody trailing us he proceeded to follow us the whole front 9. Killing the whole morning round. With plenty of golf clubs in the area this is 1 I will never be back at.

This is a nice public course. Decent conditions most of the time and reasonable prices. Why 5-stars , their commitment to junior golf and how well coming they are to the young players. Great way to grow the sport.
