This was our second time staying there. We enjoy the casino, the staff is friendly, the food selection is great and easy to get to. The bad is the room cleanliness. We stayed in a 2 room suite this time. Awesome room but they cleanliness is very poor. Ita wiped down and vacuumed but you can tell they use one towel to wipe everything down. I saw towel Grime marks over the stainless steel, all over the door, found chewing gum press to the back of one of the end tables, Dusty on the top shelves in multiple other areas and just an absolute lack of care when it came to the cleanliness provided by t…

Our first time visiting and staying at the hotel. Would recommend booking online as we payed $257 for one room for one night through the hotel. Overall a very fun exciting unique hospitable experience. The only thing I don't agree with is the shower in the bathroom doesn't have a wall. It's a frosted 3/4 pane glass that everyone can watch you shower in the hotel room. .... Literally only works for romantically involved couples. Not coworkers or families with teenagers. They really need to consider offering an optional privacy screen in the bathroom. Very relaxed good natured staff overall. Had…

Worst beds I ever slept on. Everytime I’ve stayed I woke up in pain. Beds felt like I lived in the Flintstone ages. Played poker. Dealers are weak. They expose too many cards. It allowed me as a player to see other hands as they tossed the cards too high. And when corrected by other players they became irate and rude defending their faults instead of correcting their dealing. Table games the dealer kept messing up and missing the count. And couldn’t count out payments correctly. We had to help the dealers a lot more than we actually played. The machines are super tight. Some nice employees but…

Had an amazing stay at grand falls casino rooms are stunning would definitely suggest to add a bed and breakfast other than that the room views are gorgeous and peaceful... Casion atmosphere is great enjoyed the life entertainment just brings the vibe ... Some staff are so amazing and friendly and helpful.. but had one or two that could definitely change the attitude and not be so rude . All and All it was amazing ....

Visited while playing with a cover band for 2 nights. The staff was great (Ryan behind the center bar, and, Hallie were great). The dining choices were very good. Didn't gamble so I am no help providing a review there. Hope we get invited back, though.

Rooms? Fine. Slots? Tough. Service? Rough!!! Terrible lack of selection. Cash only at some bars. Credit at others. “Fine dining” restaurant has fine food, but miserable service. We checked in 15 minutes prior to our reservation. They said they had been busy and it might be a wait. We waited 30 minutes (15 past our reservation) and checked in again. They decided to squeeze us in. More employees than tables, but for “fine dining” fine… we got water and bread. After forgetting us for 15 minutes we waved down the bread guy. We finally got service shortly afterwards. Filet and steak lollipops were…

Currently I am at the Grand Falls Casino in Iowa, on December 31, 2025 at 2:01 pm. I asked the front desk staff on a place to eat in this facility. The front desk recommended the Sports Bar restraunt. I came and asked the two ladies, do I seat myself. The older server in the referee outfit, said yes seat yourself. I walked over to their left, and sat myself in the lounge chair area, with the moveable white tables. I sat and sat and sat and sat and sat. Other people came in, the older woman jumped on them and gave them beers, and took their order. I was the only darker tall person in that resta…

Cindi J truly went above and beyond to help us, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Her patience, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference in our experience. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing outstanding customer service, and Cindi absolutely does. She made everything smooth, stress-free, and handled every detail with kindness and efficiency. Highly recommend working with her!

First I want to say that Robert's Buffet was amazing. The food was great, the service was great and they let me reserve a table for my daughters 21st Bday, which they normally don't do reservations. They made it very special for her. As for the casino, it is your basic casino. You win some you lose some. However the bars in the casino were terrible. Not only did you wait 15 to 20 mins to get service but every drink tasted like gross water. There was a drop of alcohol in each drink. Very disappointed. And since it was my daughters 21st bday we wanted to do a round of shots to toast to her. But…

I love going here in the past. Just as a customer, the pool is nice, the balconies are great, but there was hair in the bath and sink. Main reason I am giving a low rating is because they dont accept tribal IDs. These are from federally recognized tribes, I have been able to travel freely through TSA (even with the new Real ID laws, making this as legitimate as an any other form of ID). Also considering this is a valid form of ID to vote in the state of Iowa. I felt the situation was handled poorly. The casino is a business not a border, but ok.

First off we were on our way to Fremont NE. A few years ago wanted to stop by but that time didn't work out. This year it did. First off this place is in the middle of nowhere. If you need anything from a store I would suggest getting it before you come out to this casino. It is like a oasis in a farm field. They have all the good casino games. The RV park is nice but very windy. Hopefully they will have some fencing to block the wind. Also golf balls are everywhere since you are next to the driving range. I do like the view of the open farm land. Maybe we will come again in the future. Great…
