In summary

Gresham Golf Course is appreciated for its well-maintained fairways and greens, reasonable fees, and friendly staff, making it a favored choice for many golfers. However, some visitors have expressed concerns about the pace of play, citing tightly scheduled tee times and overcrowding as issues that can lead to a frustrating experience. Love this place!! Usually here every few weeks for a group gathering but this time we held our groups first ever golf event. The course was super nice and they staff were amazing!! Made it easy to organize and adjust when plans/times changed. Can't wait till next year when we do it again!!

So, I've been playing here most of my golfing life (43yrs playing the game). In fact my grandfather was a local business owner and he held a tournament for his purveyors here annually, until he sold his business in the early 90's. I've seen the course in bad shape as well as in great shape. With that said I've got 2 separate instances I'd like to share. 1. The staff has been fairly decent throughout the years until recently. I was playing in a foursome last week when it started raining. We got through 2 holes and decided to call it quits. So, we got rain checks. Later that day 3 out of 4 of u…

You should change to a 10 to 12 min tee times. Becauce 7-minute tee time intervals are generally considered too tight and often bad for the golfer experience, as they lead to 5+ hour rounds and significant backups. This packing is usually done by courses to maximize revenue by increasing the number of players, but it frequently results in a crowded, slow-paced, and frustrating "motorway" effect on the course.

The best golf course for the money. I love this golf course, willing to drive all the way from Camas Washington just to use its range, I love working my game with real grass, and the grass is fully grown turf on top of soft soil. Three putting/chipping greens are in excellent shape. Excellent course, way better than many others around Portland, I highly recommend it.

The course was very well maintained, but the marshall is very concerned about how fast you play. It was my first time playing golf and he hounded us for the last 5 holes about things we could do to speed up. I would not recommend going here if you are new to the sport.

Horrible pace of play, marshall was nowhere to be seen and course was obviously over-booked. 7 minute spread on the tee times is just ridiculous, waiting 10+ minutes on each shot. Took 3 hours to play 7 holes, so we jumped on to the back which was wide open and got chastised for trying to work back in our final 4 holes, so said screw it and walked off. Don't bother trying to play on a reasonably nice day.

Our group paid $2,500 to host a large golf tournament here. Despite that significant investment, one of our group members returned to the course today and was treated with hostility and removed without a valid explanation. The treatment we received was not only unprofessional but felt blatantly racist and prejudiced. To make matters worse, the starter—who thinks he’s “Stone Cold Steve Austin” impersonator—was rude, condescending, and clearly on a power trip.and clearly hates his job If this is how paying customers are treated, especially minorities, it says a lot about the values of this golf…

Pretty great course. When it's wet it's a swamp but the fees are reasonable and staff is friendly.

Low cost but you get what you pay for. Greens are surprisingly decent (aside from ball marks) but pace of play is a huge issue. Probably wouldn't come back unless you live nearby. Lot of rowdy guys in cargo shorts. No ball marks fixed, no bunkers raked, loud music all over.

Awesome course, and easily walkable. Pretty flat, but definitely has some challenges.
