In summary

Hampshire Country Club offers two 18-hole courses, Dogwood and Hampshire, which many find fun and challenging with a mix of open and tree-lined fairways. However, several reviewers express concerns about course maintenance, particularly the condition of the greens and bunkers, and note issues with customer service, highlighting experiences with unprofessional staff interactions. Despite these criticisms, some appreciate the generally well-kept nature of the courses and the variety they offer.

Rarely like to leave reviews. This was so bad I felt like it needed to happen. From the start the customer service was rude from the gentleman in the pro shop. Course itself is in very bad condition. Fairway and rough are all cut the same height. Greens are very slow and cut long. Tee boxes were downright abysmal. Move the tee markers to a point where there is actual grass. Bunkers, didn’t hit in any of them. But did notice not one rake at all in any of the bunkers on the entire 18 holes. Tells me how much care and thought they take in the course. Did a google search and found a cheap plasti…

This is one of my favorite courses. It is open enough you can hit long drives, but has a lot of challenging holes. Being a 36 hole course makes it nice. Has some water, lots of woods.

Two good golf courses. Dogwood shorter than Hampshire, but tighter on most holes. Greens are generally good, tee boxes are lacking on a few holes. Need rakes on the traps. Can’t clean up after yourself. I guess it is not an issue if you stay out of them.😁

My Home Golf Course since 1999...Two 18 Hole Courses for your Golfing Pleasure or Pain...Dogwood has more Trees lining the Fairways While HAMPSHIRE is more Open..Beautiful Holes on Both Sides of this Nicly Priced Venue

Both courses are fun and challenging to play. I have played these courses since I was young and love them but can no longer stand to play here. The staff in the pro shop are not only rude but just plain mean to people. The small lady in there not only will try to belittle you but just walk away if you ask a simple question. They make you feel like you are an inconvenience for coming to play there and hurry you off the course as quickly as possible. I have put up with this for multiple years but it just keeps getting worse. Today I was told I couldn’t golf 9 holes with a cart because I arrived…

Play here often for convenience. The Older Owners have clearly Aged out of Manners and Respect for Customers...Lack of Maintenance and ridiculous hrs... They done even rake bunkers. Take a drop .....Please sell to someone willing to take the time to maintain this 36 hole gem

Hands down the single worst course I have played. All of this is due to lack of maintenance, there is no “fairways” on this course so to speak, all of the grass is mowed the same length all throughout the course. The greens are 4-5 different patches and shades of green and brown grass. Tee boxes were normal like any other course I have played so no complaints in that department, my main issue were the greens in which they were so under kept that it was extremely difficult to even gauge anything. Extremely disappointed

Challenging courses with Hampshire and Dogwood tracks. Several long par 4’s and tree lined fairways make it worth a visit. Played there recently in mid September. We played both courses day for 3 days. Greens we’re in good shape. Bunkers are not raked and don’t have rakes available. When I inquired at the pro shop I was told they don’t take the traps and the golfer is allowed to smooth out the sand and place the ball in the bunker. A bit of a head scratcher for me. I would play these courses again and again.

36 holes of fun. So nice to go out and play a round or 2 with friends or at an outing. The clubhouse has great chicken salad and brauts. Super chill and great staff. You will totally enjoy this place. Course is usually kept at about a 7 out of 10 but its good enough for most.

Course is nice, I love how they have 2 full 18 hole courses. Club house staff and bar staff are very nice and professional. But the little old lady that runs the carts is the meanest person I’ve ever encountered at a golf course in my 12 years of golfing. She’s very rude and seems miserable every-time I’ve encountered her. This past experience might be my last. She came out and yelled at us because she accused us of stacking 6 people together when all we were doing was allowing a 2 man and a 1 man to pass us 4 on a tee box. We told her we were just allowing them to pass and she wouldn’t even…
