In summary

Heritage Harbor Golf & Country Club is appreciated for its scenic layout, friendly staff, and diverse wildlife, offering a pleasant setting for golfers of various skill levels. The course is generally well-maintained, with recent improvements to the clubhouse noted, although some visitors have mentioned inconsistencies in green conditions and pace of play. While the course provides good value for its price, there are occasional concerns about the state of the fairways and greens, attributed to weather and maintenance challenges.

Five Stars- Amazing and beautiful golf course! When I first arrived I saw construction or renovation on the clubhouse, making it looks less dilapidated. When I walked in, the blonde hair receptionist was extremely kind and welcoming. The pro shop has Lloyd in there and he was very funny and nice. Funny guy=Lloyd. The tee times were very reasonable for the work they were doing due to the recent aerating of the golf course and greens. The greens were sandy but very nice. Lots of wildlife (Ibis, gators, limpkins, sandhill cranes, squirrels, funny curious birds, turtles, etcetera!) Very nice fairw…

Wonderful course through mostly residential neighborhoods so it can be tight in places for an added challenge. In great condition and very clean. Watch out for holes 13 and 18 as you will either have to bomb a drive 300+ or lay up before heavy foliage for a blind shot to the green. It’s a gated community so it’s very clean and peaceful with wildlife aplenty. The whites total 5500 so rather short with a nice mix of wide open and tight where you have to play smart. I recommend.

Definitely not worth the price. All courses in the area are struggling from the drought, but this one is awful. Lumpy, bald, and uneven tee boxes, crab grass everywhere in the fairway, huge dead patches, etc. No one bothers to rake the bunkers. Greens are decent. Clubhouse is nice.

Overall, it was a good course. It was the first time here, but the putting greens were beaten up, and I've heard of, seen, and played out of some roughs in my lifetime, but these were extremely rough, and I'm talking about just a foot off the fairways. I'll be back to give it another shot.

Some staff are friendlier than others, you can no longer dine within the restaurant if you are under 18. While I was able to dine within the restaurant the staff were very friendly even allowing me to keep a menu to take home with the promise that I would return it which i did follow up on.

Overall the course is decent. There is water on every hole although all of the hazards don't really come into play. A very nice layout which makes you choose different clubs off the tee box. Just over 6000 yards from the blue tees. (I have a picture of the scorecard) the course is a beast from the gold tees. Also, on sight there is a water park. Not sure if this is OPEN to the public like the golf course.

Staff is very nice. Par 5s are tricky which makes them interesting. Need to think your way around, not just bombs away, may need to go with iron off tee and play station to station. Greens are faster than you expect at first. But course and range are not in very good shape.

Didn't remember I played this place back in 2015 until I got there. I remembered I liked it before. I had a Groupgolfer coupon that came with rangeballs. There is a lot of good about this course, but i have to start with the bad. The Greens. 90% of the greens are in in horrible condition. I dont know what happened, but most of them have huge patches of dirt and a bunch if the wrong grass is starting to grow into the green. I understand punching, I understand some bald spots, especially in the summer, but this was downright disappointing. Some of the fairways looked like they had turf issues as…

I always have a great time when I play Heritage Harbor. It's a good course and can challenge every level of golfer. You can play a short course using the red tees or a much longer course using the blue tees. After a round of golf you can enjoy a cold drink and eat a great lunch at the Double Boogie lounge. Good food. If you are a nature person there's plenty of wildlife on the grounds. I have seen deer, otters, gators and numerous birds.

Great course! The clubhouse is large and clean, but very small pro-shop. Nice carts and driving range into water. Challenging golf! Tricky holes with water on each one, so bring some extra balls! The course had surprisingly slow greens and most had some rough spots. The green speeds and fairway length were very inconsistent throughout the day. The difficultly lead to some slow groups and long waits, with no rangers to speed things up.

Decent course. Good conditions. The greens are really slow, so you will putt well and get a false sense of confidence which will be shattered the next time you play a different course. The course was in good condition when I played however you can tell it does not drain well based on water collecting from a quick over night rain. Overall good course, would definitely recommend. Love the aqua driving range.
