Highland Greens Golf Club

I have been there to play 2x in the past month. The staff was great. The course looked great. But both times I went the fairways were so long you had to look for your ball. In fact I found several balls from other players that they had given up on... The long fairways made play difficult.. This was mid September...hopefully greens are better during the summer months. I will give them a try again next season .

A really fun place to play, friendly people, management, greens keepers. I good Course to improve your golf score, Harold is a great guy and accommodates all golfers.

Wanted to play 18 holes, but Harold said we could only play 9. Finished my round and the group of 4 in front of us played on. Never been to a course where they dictate if you can play front or back every time you go. We golf here 2-3 times a week because it’s so close to home but to be treated decent, maybe we will travel farther.

This course has had lots of work done to it over the last three plus years. The fairways are always cut and the rough is maintained at a playable height for the average player. It is a fun course with long, short, narrow, wide open, and parable holes. The view of the St. Lawrence River valley on a clear day is absolutely spectacular. The staff at the club house is very friendly and helpful. Their policy is no reserved tee times, even for members. This means whoever shows up, plays when they are ready to tee off. Did the front 9 holes today and it was an amazing experience. Grass is perfect and the greens are really spectacular. Would recommend for any golfer. 10x better than Cedarview in Massena. Loved it!!

Had the worst experience today!!! Had to get our money back..... the kid running the pro shop was planning my golf game .... first we called and reserved a tee time for 2 of us ..... when we got there he was running a youth camp which was great to see but they were playing on the putting green we asked if we could tee off he said no ...... we had to wait and tee of with another couple....... he was very rude so after driving a hour to get there we just got our money back and left........went elsewhere.....

The fairways were not mowed, so it was like playing in the farmers field, and we followed a 6 player group, so no control by management.the greens were not mowed and very slow and the course is hard to follow, not well marked. I have played 5 different courses so far this year and this one was the worst.

Solid course. I play it often. Staff are super awesome. Only bad thing is the simulator. I could sit here and explain. But if you go you'll see why.

Staff is excellent. However, the owner was completely unreasonable last time I played. Very rude and a typical money grabbing business man. I would play anywhere else but here.

Nice course friendly people just wish they would let the grass grow a little instead of mowing every day during basically a drought
