Hogansville Golf Club

I had high hopes for this course, as it has the potential to be great. However, my experience was far from enjoyable. The greens were in poor condition, and the course lacked clear direction. Unfortunately, the worst part was the staff. From the moment we walked into the clubhouse, we were met with rudeness rather than hospitality. Instead of a friendly welcome, we were immediately lectured about not tearing up the course with carts—despite never having played there before. I have been playing here since I was a wee lad, and the improvements the new owner has made are amazing. It is still a little bit of a work in progress, but it is a piece of my childhood that I can still visit, and I love that.

Terrible course. T-Boxes were hard as a rock and uneven. Greens are bumpy and poorly cut. Way over priced $32 for 18 holes for the course it is. I could get a hot deal at Callaway for $24 which is much nicer. Staff is extremely rude.

Been playing this course since the 90s. It's had its ups and downs. It's in the best shape I've seen it in a while. They are doing a great job with it

This is perfect for new golfers trying to play a lot for cheap. The place is okay. Very small course, $13 for 9 holes. Definitely worth the money as price included a cart. If you are any good at golf, this place is too low end. Also no driving range to warm up.

This is a good local course, been around for many years--nine holes, easy to walk or rent a cart. I've gone around it both ways. The setting is nice, away from the state highway a bit, lots of tall trees. The landscaping is professional and consistent, some decent hazards and drives. A lot of local folks play at this course, but the people are friendly. If you are in the area and a basic nine holes is what you need, check it out.

Really nice atmosphere an they have definitely done a ton of work to the place compared to 20 yrs ago

I've played here my whole life. The new owner is doing alot of work and it's coming along very nicely. I recommend playing there. Great prices and great people. It's a short but tough course. Fun to play and layed back atmosphere.

It is a nice 9 Hole course for the money nice people to deal with and a laid back atmosphere a good place to go play when you need to play and they are doing work to the course every day waiting to see the finished product. Thanks for staying open

It cost $13 to play 9 holes. It's worth every penny. Is it a PGA championship course? Of course not. Is it nice enough to waste a saturday morning drinking beer and smacking balls into the woods? Yes it is.

It's a nice place to play golf, especially if you are just starting out, but the price is a little steep for 9 holes.
