Hughenden Golf Course

Fabulous gem. I phoned up just before a long weekend and they went out of their way to get me in. Sometimes overflow is just a field. Not here. Even overflow has 30 amp power! Which was nice because the weather was hot. It did rain one night. Even though it trained very hard and amounted to quite a bit, the sandy ground soaked up the water and there was no mud. It just kept the grass green. Everything was well kept and the staff were amazing. What a fantastic nine hole! Excellently maintained. Greens, fairways, tees boxes all beautiful. Par Fives are long but otherwise not too difficult of a course. Restaurant and clubhouse were nice. Seemed to be a great community of golfers and I hope to come back soon.

Unique course with more trees and traps one would expect. The fairways are like carpet and the greens in great shape too. The food in the clubhouse is homemade and very good!

Great little 9 hole track. Staff were awesome, very friendly and welcoming to international travellers. Greens had fantastic coverage as did the fairways.

Food here is pretty darn good in my opinion. Mind you, I just had a burger and fries but both were awesome
