In summary

Ingleside Golf Club receives praise for its friendly and helpful staff, as well as its unique and challenging course layout, which offers affordable deals that appeal to many golfers. However, recurring criticisms focus on the poor condition of the greens, tee boxes, and bunkers, with some describing the course as poorly maintained and overpriced for its current state. While some visitors appreciate the efforts to improve the course, others express disappointment with the overall experience and suggest seeking alternative courses for better conditions.

Friendly staff and helpful staff. They run a 5 holes for 7 bucks after 6pm (time probably varies by team of year) which is a good deal. The greens are pretty ripped up, Geese shit abound, and the cart paths are reminiscent of any PA road, but if you are doing the 7 bucks its not bad. A few pretty cool holes too, I forget if Its 10 or 11 but the one with the steps is a fun one and the lake on hole 2 is fun. Overall a place I'm glad to have locally.

This place has hilariously bad reviews but I saw a golfnow deal for $20 so I figured I'd try it out. I got there and the guy at the pro shop asked if I'd been there before, I said no, then he offered to give me a quick tour, which is honestly super helpful. I've been to many places before where you say you've never been here and they just vaguely point to the direction of the first tee and say have fun. Now, on to the course. There's signs around the place that basically say they're transitioning a lot of the bunkers back to grass and to just take free relief since its ground under repair. Ea…

The holes are unique and provide a good challenge for beginners to the experienced pros. Holes 3 and 4 are a lot of fun. This might not be the best maintained greens, but that doesn't matter. The course is fun and that's what makes this place great. If you can overlook that the greens aren't perfect and the lack of good food options, this is a great golfing spot. I do recommend getting a bite to eat first if you're doing all 18 holes.

Hideous. They should be embarrassed charging $49 to play that dump. I wouldn’t play this course again for free. Do yourself a favor and drive to Turtle Creek in Limerick and spend $9 more for near perfect conditions.

We played here a year ago and because of “group golfer” discounts we came back. What a waste of time. This place could be a gem if the maint crew (if there is one) would only half try to do their job. We had a hard time determining the rough from the fairways. A lot of the greens were barely playable with crabgrass and bare spots throughout. Sandtraps had absolutely no sand in them. Only weeds. Dont know why they had rakes in them. Nothing to rake! We understand that the place is owned by the local county or town. They should be ashamed of the way it is run.

The course is always in rough shape. Do not pay full price to play here, it is not worth 55+$. That said, there are often very cheap deals on GolfNow or offered by the course (5 holes for 7 bucks in the summer time after 6:30). It is very worth it for that price, and there are some neat holes. I’d love for the full price to be cheaper but that’s just unfortunately what golf costs in these parts nowadays. Don’t expect a country club and you’ll be alright.

This course was one of the worst to play in the area. Greens had tons of divots, sand, and goose droppings on them. Hole #2 had so many goose droppings on it, it was literally unplayable. The bunkers were just weed pits, the tee boxes are rough, and the fairways are patchy at best. For the price that is being charged, ($40-$50 a round) this is NOT worth the $$$. You would be wise in seeking another course in the area to play your round of golf.

My fam and I have played this course once or twice a year for 10-12 years. Realizing in golf that you get what you pay for, I would've given it a solid 3.5 stars up until this weekend's round. First trip of 2025 and boy, what a wreck. It is a golf course only in that there are 18 holes. Tee boxes are roadside driving range quality- either sand, carpet, or rock-hard dirt. It was rare to land a ball on actual grass even in the middle of the fairway. The views that used to be really nice (holes 5, 7, 11 come to mind) are just depressing now. The bunkers are all weeds and if the ball gets caught i…

My moms ex boyfriend and I were between Ingleside or Pinehurst for our annual golf trip. Figured we should spend a little less money so we landed on Ingleside. We stayed in the apartments right next to the course and enjoyed our stay. Had a couple different tee times and I really wished we could’ve booked even more times. Staff is friendly. Greens are pure. Fairways are mint. And the tee boxes… best grass East of the Mississippi. Really glad we decided to take the trip to this hidden gem in PA. just kidding. Staff is angry. Greens look like the rough. And tee boxes are bunkers. They also say…

Writing this review from the parking lot as I just finished a round. Course conditions are absolutely horrible. The guys in the cart barn and the pro shop are nice. No one warned me about the course conditions. I should have asked. The course plays quickly but some of the yardages are off at the “tee boxes”. The greens are the worst I have ever played(see attached photo).

I can't believe they can look in the mirror when they take your money. We quit after 8 holes of a "course" with greens that had little green on them and grass that wasn't mowed in weeks. Some businesses deserve to fail, this is one of them. They quit taking care of this long ago....I played it a few years ago and it was nice.....it's too far gone to get it back. Embarrassing to even call this a golf course.

If I could give this Golf Course 0 stars I would. RUN AWAY!! Choose any other Golf Course besides this one. The course is in really rough shape. Hardly acceptable to be called a golf course. The pro shop had a red beard employee, he was terrible and rude. He started to raise his voice to us and proceed to yell at our parents for his own misunderstanding. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. That pro shop red bearded man should be fired. A true nightmare. I had to rent a set of clubs and they were terrible, the putter was missing the clubs face on it. Overall this was the worst g…
