In summary

Honeybrook Golf Club is widely appreciated for its well-maintained course, friendly and accommodating staff, and the beautiful setting in Amish country. Many golfers commend the course for its enjoyable layout and value for money, with amenities like a driving range and a well-regarded restaurant and bar enhancing the overall experience. However, some visitors have noted issues with slow pace of play and occasional crowding, suggesting a need for improved course management.

I’ve been playing golf here for some time with the family. While the golf course itself is one of my favorites I would also highly recommend the restaurant and bar. The staff really adds a ton of value on top of the already great and affordable food and drink items. Worth the trip every single time. The events and atmosphere really make you feel apart of a country club.

A well run facility that is in terrific condition and a staff that is more than helpful. Arrived there for a ten thirty tee time with many groups ahead of us and still played a four hour round. A few easy holes to start off and then it gets fun. There are many terrific views there of the amish country. A driving range and a putting green, always a plus. A reputation for being the friendliest golf course around and they certainly live up to it.

People come from the mainline to play this course. I love that it’s in our back yard as a Elversonian! It’s hands down the best value course I’ve ever played. By that, I don’t mean cheap at all. But the money you pay to play here in comparison to the conditions are just amazing. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Classy place! Keep it up HGC. I’ll be a patron for a long time to come.

Overall this is a great course at a great value relative to what a round costs. This is not the most challenging course around, but it is a fun and rewarding course. I last played in late April and the course was in surprisingly great shape. Most of the tee boxes are well-maintained. The greens are largely well-kept and free of the endless divots you find on many other public courses. As a 15 handicap, When Playing from the whites, this course is fairly easy to have birdie putts on almost every hole.

What a great course and an enjoyable round of golf. The staff, facilities and course are all above par (in a good way). As far as courses in Chester county go, this is a great public track. Greens seemed to have a lot of ball marks that aren’t repaired well. But over all they rolled well, definitely sped up as the dew dried off late morning. The big plus was playing under 3.5 hours.

I played here two years ago and moved from the area. We're up here visiting our kids and I had to take my wife here because it's such a fun course to play. Two years later, when I stepped up to the tee box, I remembered the hole layout. It's that good I remembered. Furthermore, the condition of the course is top , top notch. It's remarkable at how great of condition they keep this course. Lastly, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They make the experience that much better. They are also extremely organized with tee times and having people go out in an orderly manner If you want a gre…

I made a reservation to take my dad here on an impromptu visit (I'm from out of state). I had to change my reservation because of a health condition of a member of my party. Honeybrook golf club not only made this very easy to do but they were so accommodating, kind, warm and the course was lovely! They made the whole experience perfect and I will certainly come back every time I'm in town.

Course was in good shape, considering the weather we've had lately. That being said.. is it a $75 peak time course? No. Absolutely not. I suppose it can get away with that price because of the location, but I think I've had my fill of it at that cost. Refreshments and drinks weren't crazy over priced but they definitely are at a premium. No carts in the parking lot. Use the bag drop when you get there. The course has some nice scenery but nothing that stands out. Mostly an up and back, open course with a few trees and some forced carry here and there. Very short but the green complexes will…

My favorite course in the area. Beautiful scenery, interesting holes, incredibly well kept. The staff is super nice and you can tell they care about pace of play and players having fun on the course. You get access to a small range before playing, nice putt practice area, and a grill overlooking the course. Honeybrook has the feel of a private club, but with fair pricing.

This is a nice well-kept golf course that has enough challenges to bring you back on a regular basis. Great restaurant and bar as well as a pro shop. On our latest trip I was very happy that they didn’t try to Pair us up with another couple we didn’t know. The course was fairly empty, and we got through and under for hours.

Got 9 in today before the rain came and can't wait to get back. Really nice course on a beautiful property. A little bit of everything - fairways through the woods and then wide open tracks. Greens are in great shape. They're big with subtle breaks. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The greens were a pleasure to play after playing several local courses courses recently, they were in the best shape I've played this year. The staff was pleasant and the burger and draft beer at the grill after our round added to an overall good experience. I will play it again later this year, with an update.
