What initially felt like a stressful situation quickly became a blessing in disguise after our original venue canceled with only six months remaining. I had the pleasure of working at Jacksonville Golf and Country Club last weekend for my couple's wedding. As a wedding planner who works at multiple venues with different staffs, I must say JGCC is superior in every regard. They are beyond professional, from the catering staff, banquet staff, bar staff, and every role in between, they are event pros who go above and beyond for their clients. I cannot emphasize enough, how much of a pleasure it was to work with the Jacksonville Golf and Country Club team, and Kathy (the event planner from the club). Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, was so pleasant and accommodating. Our wedding planner who has been in the profession for over 15 years emphasized multiple times how incredibly lucky we were to have Kathy and her team. The day of went so smoothly, and was exactly how we envisioned- such a dream. On top of the logistics, the venue itself is stunning and was so aesthetically pleasing in all ways!

I had an appointment with Kimberly Smalls for a job opening, unfortunately I will say. Not only was she late to the appointment but she then hung up on the third ring. I was cooking in the kitchen and couldn't even dry my hands off fast enough to answer the call. I immediately called back and emailed twice for no answer, super unprofessional. I do not recommend

Lovely facility. Enjoyed playing a match here. The shop has a great selection of women and men’s tennis clothing. The staff was very nice.

If you are looking for a spectacular place for your celebration this is the right place.

We take care of the main pool here, and boy do these guys care. It is truly a pleasure to work with people who just want their pool running right at all times. This leads me to believe that they are this passionate about the entire facility. The management staff is always a pleasure to work with. We also take care of many residential pools in the neighborhood, always beautiful properties. Just a nice place with lots of Jacksonville heritage.

The club did a great job for my mom's 80th birthday party. The decoration, food, and service were all great. Thank you!
