JR's Pub & Grill Golf Course

The hubby had built JR’s up to be outstanding!! I was so ready for not only the great burgers , food and drinks but also for the atmosphere he had spoke so highly of. We have lived up by Kansas for over 20 years and recently moved up this way., so yesterday I had the famous chicken fried steak sandwich he had told me about and believe me when I say they did not disappoint!!! But today was horrible at JR’s it took over 20 minutes for the girl to Take our order , she took our drink order 1 bud light bottle and Dr.pepper but was not pleased when I asked for a food menu. But she did take our order…

The young Asian looking girl running the window today for the golf course should be fired for her rude terrible service she ran us off before we could even finish our game talked to us like we were trash I've always heard good things about this place but turned out to be the worst experience very hateful person she was I know this place hasn't been in service all these years keeping employees around like her! Let alone did she run my card for 3 transactions and still kept trying to run my card after she made us leave!!!! This is ridiculous!!! I want my money back!!! And what's even more shitty…

Eh. Not usually one to complain but. Went in last night to have drinks with friends. I usually get a whiskey and coke. First two taste like plain coke almost. Friends drink is weak as well. Ask the waitress and she confirms they are mixing drinks light and not much putting much alcohol in them and diluting them. Exp. Mixing a single size in a double and diluting with more coke/mixer. Disappointing. Won't be going back.

The 9-hole par 3 course was pretty nice! Greens were in good shape and a lot of fun to play. The bar wasn't anything fancy but the people were polite and the service was good. Just be aware that they do allow smoking inside. Overall, I will go back

I started out golfing here. They have a very mixed 9 hole which I think is great for starting golfers like me. Very friendly staff also.

I came here once before and it took me 8 years to go back. As soon as I spoke to the lady at the bar, I remembered why. Rude isn’t the right word… short maybe. Very short and I felt like I was bothering her. Sorry for visiting your establishment so you can work here. The golf course was nice, but I will never eat/drink here. Not with the lack of hospitality you get. Also, why can’t you pay for all 18 holes at once? You just want me to come back inside so I’ll buy something to drink? It feels like you don’t trust people to play what they paid. (The course was great, btw)

HUGE shout out to JR'S Pub & Grill for a successful Newcastle All Class Reunion, hosted by the Class of 1992 this weekend! We had a little over 50 grads from five different decades attend along with their spouses/guests. The food was delicious and the outdoor patio atmosphere was fun, casual and relaxing for everyone. Their staff was spot on the entire evening and the DJ was a hit! I highly recommend JR’s for your next event!

Gem of Oklahoma. Came here with my sister and her boo and I always love returning. The staff get to know their customers personally and I really appreciate that. Their food is really good. My favorite were the mozzarella sticks. 😋 I'll be a regular at this place now that I've moved here. Maybe one day I'll try golfing on the golf course it sits on. Love them!!

I work for the Navy and I drove halfway across the country and stopped out of a lot of dive bars in a lot of places, but this place has the best burgers and fries I’ve ever had, My waitress Alyssa was friendly, hot, and super helpful

First time going to this little pub. Played pool and had a few drinks. It's right beside a golf course and within a mile of the casino. Great service and atmosphere.

If you are looking for a great place to hang out this is it! From the beautifully groomed golf course to the amazing staff we love this place so much! They know how to run the place with such efficiency and friendliness, you feel kind of like your at home or amongst great friends when you’re there! Some of the bad reviews on here I just can’t believe. They must have been very unhappy people! And besides the friendliness you can’t beat the prices!!!

Fun place if you are trying to get a quick par 3, 9 hole round in. The night golf is really cool. The driving range is ok, not the best I've ever used. The bar is definitely not my usual type of bar I enjoy, it feels like a biker bar, but overall a fun place to hang. Prices are good for golf and the range. Staff are always very nice.
