The course offers a variety of amenities, including a well-stocked pro shop and a popular clubhouse restaurant. A very well maintained course that is both challenging and fun. Scenery is great and you get excellent views of town and the surrounding mountains. The Pro Shop and the restaurant/bar are really nice, didn't eat there, only played nine holes. There is a good driving range and a really well set up practice green and chipping area. Carts are available but I walked and only had a couple of steeper uphill climbs to deal with. Fairways and greens were in excellent shape considering that I played in October! Rates were very reasonable and the Staff was very accommodating. Well worth playing here.

Hard course to play, but it's always fun. The greens are fast and elevated, generous fairways, and just enough traps to make this course challenging. The two famous tournaments are always full field and with generous prizes. The golf shop has a wide diversity of clubs, shoes, and apparel. Green fees are a little higher than normal, but the course setup and condition make a big difference. The new clubhouse restaurant is well maintained and after the renovation it looks great. A must play course with gorgeous setup just above Lake Chelan, a picture taker paradise.

Had a wonderful round on this beautifully maintained course on Tuesday, 31 August. Jim Oscarson, the course pro who warmly greeted me is doing a fantastic job, as are the superintendent and grounds crew who have kept this course freaky green during this very hot, dry summer. Lots of fun elevated tee boxes (my favorite course feature) with incredible views of Lake Chelan and surrounding mountains. Fairways immaculate. Greens wickedly raised (haha) but a fun challenge and perfect stimp...and oh so green! Well-maintained, clean carts. Favorite holes - #4 (great view), 7 (iconic par 3), 10 (love t…

This trip to Lake Chelan was sunny and unexpectedly warm. Had a wonderful time golfing at Bear Mountain, and enjoying wine and cocktails at several local wineries. Was fortunate enough to be a spectator of Hydro Boats practicing. There were 7 boats out on the water running laps on the course. Exciting just to watch how fast these boats truly are without the huge crowds at Seafair, what a treat!!! Check out some pics and videos of them practicing racing. All this fun while staying at "Bed & Bordeaux" at the Lookout.

Pleasantly surprised by this really high quality "Muni" course. It's challenging but fair course and gorgeous. Fairly forgiving off the tee but your approach needs to be spot on. The greens are crowned and very fast. I'd highly recommend it.

Decent municipal course, great proshop attendent. Horrible grounds crew. Would not turn off machines, and would continue cutting grass even when they know your waiting to swing.

Great public course! By far one of the nicest municipal courses I have played. The greens are very fast, and the wind really picks up in the evening, but still very tolerable. A local mentioned that they recently hired a new greenskeeper and are changing things for the better (and more challenging). Do note that twilight and senior rates only apply Monday-Thursday.

Lake Chelan Municpal Golf Course is right up the hill from the entrance into the downtown area of Chelan. Easy to get to, you get to the smaller sized parking lot once passing the clubhouse. They have a driving range with grass which is fantastic when the tee area is moved often. Pricing for rhe course is a bit high for what is offered, but it's to be expected with Chelan pricing. Pace of play here is usually pretty bad, greens aren't in the best condition and lots of beat up fairways. Some holes are great, others not so much. The views from the course are great, bumping this from a 3 to a 4 s…

Staff is almost always rude and argumentative. Areas close frequently with no prior warning. Had staff kick us off the driving range with no warning in a very rude tone and continue to let others hit with no explanation as to why we were removed and nobody else. Overpriced for a borderline unplayable and unthought out course. Only saving graces are the beauty of the course and the occasional friendly employee. Overall not a very enjoyable experience. especially for almost 300 dollars for 3 people.
