Lake Hallie Golf Club

The front nine has a couple of nice holes but the balance are swamp and a strange layout. Must have been the new nine they crammed in. On one hole, you hit over a road onto two possible greens. The back nine is much more enjoyable and like an old mature course. Par 3’s are very tough but liked it a lot. Online price makes it worth it but full price wouldn’t.

I recently visited this establishment for a meal but had to leave shortly after arriving. I’ve been here before and had great experiences, but this visit was disappointing. To start, I observed the cook leaving the kitchen to get water while wearing shorts, which seemed to violate basic health code standards. To make matters worse, I witnessed an older gentleman helping himself to the cash register, which raised serious concerns about proper protocols being followed. While the food was decent, the staff's attitude was a major issue. They were extremely rude and dismissive, providing no court…

Beautiful course at a great price. Elevation changes, creek jumps, and lake views make this course so much fun. Good course for all skill levels. Would deffinatly play again.

Fresh fried walleye cooked to order. Have option for pan fried, blackened or beer battered. Hot and fresh!

Golfed 18 and then had a nice lunch on the patio overlooking part of the front 9. Philly cheesesteak sandwich was fantastic, onion rings crispy and delicious! Service is always great!

Tried this place out for a potential new Saturday night prime rib spot. Wouldn’t recommend. Medium rare prime rib was chewier than beef jerky. Baked potato was over cooked. Price was normal for $28 for 14 oz, potato, roll, Cole slaw. No option for onions or mushrooms appearently which is also odd and likely a reason not to go. I’m sure they are a fine golf and burger joint though just not a prime rib go to spot.

Nice place, we just stopped for lunch & wanted outdoor seating. Food was good & decent price, we had burgers & pizza 🍔 🍕. The staff was nice enough to check on us outside a few times. A very nice deck area overlooking golf course ⛳ yes we would eat here again

There were some issues with staffing but the crew that was there worked extremely well to get things done. The drinks were wonderful and the food was very good! An impressive job all around. Thank you for accommodating our group.very pleasant staff!

As far as the restaurant goes, they have a great fish fry on Friday night's. The bartenders could be a bit more attentive, however. Definitely gives off a Wisconsin Supper Club vibe.

I didn't have any food but the golf course was a lot of fun. The green complexes were varied and challenging. It is a lovely walk at a great value.

We had dinner here last night. There was no one else there. Entree took a longtime coming. My friend had the walleye it was very good. I had rack ribs. They were over cooked. Tough and burnt. Sent back and got walleye. For some reason it has gone south real fast. This place used to be incredible. Someone needs to step up fast or close. Last time was a month ago and it was the prime rib that was so bad. Really to bad.

I think the golf course is great. The front nine kind of winds downhill and has some very unique holes. The top on the back nine is longer. There is one thing I don't like. They don't take tee times for single golfers. So when you show up it's luck of the draw. Most of the time they'll get you out though.
