Lakes Country Club

We purchased here in March 2025 and remodeled our place before moving in for the season in early November 2026. The only real negative reviews I’ve read here was someone who was not happy with their dinner at our beautifully remodeled restaurant and a resident who complained about the landscaping noise too early in the morning. It’s a golf course and there are over 18,000 yards of grass, trees, shrubs, waterfalls, etc. Anyway, the newly remodeled restaurant is beautiful with incredible views from the main dining room and outdoor patio of the San Jacinto range and friendly staff serving excell…

We bought into The Lakes CC about 4 years ago & we love it. The grounds & golf courses (3 nines) are very well maintained and colorful. The extensively remodeled clubhouse is very attractive and well run. The new Fitness Center is VERY nice. Members are friendly and outgoing: no snobs allowed! New members are welcomed with planned activities & mixers. This level of maintenance comes at a cost but we understand that & appreciate the quality.

We bought a home in this community in August and joined the Country Club as well. This place is fantastic. Nice people - - great facilities - - well kept grounds - - lots and lots of social and athletic things to do - - great staff. It could not be better

We have been residence of the Lakes for two years…we have found that it terrible if you like to sleep in past 7am…the loud vacuuming starts at 5 am and continues to 7am. The landscape crew will mow, power edge and bring in the loud blowers right outside your bedroom door at 7 am. They said landscaping would not start until 8am but that was a lie. They promise but didn't change.

Went here to meet some friends and play some Pickleball. Facilities are outstanding and the grounds are very impressive. We had a bite to eat at the restaurant and the meal was so so but all and all a great place to visit.

Love, Love, Love The Lakes Country Club! The new clubhouse and fitness center are top of the line and quite beautiful! You can see the effort and thought that was put into the design. I look forward to my next visit!

Gorgeous gated community, almost look like a resort, we went to visit a friend who lives there, we drove around the community, everything was amazing, golf course, swimming pools, gym, you name it, all is here, did I mention they have 40 pools...👍👍👍

Breathtaking view. Gorgeous inside. We had a party of ten for dinner. It took 90 minutes to be served and it was not busy. Three steaks we cold and the pizza was cold. Since this took so long the steaks were eaten. We sent the pizza back and the waitress brought it back BURNED. We sent it back once again and just asked to remove it from the bill. Just a very disappointing experience overall.

My friends live here and it is Great golf club neighborhood. Guard at gate so you only can enter with an owner’s permission

Beautiful course. Lovely surroundings and Sunday breakfast on the Club patio was outstanding. Of course, you can't beat the weather in the desert in November.

The reviews don't reflect the new fitness center or the newly remodeled clubhouse completed in the fall of 2021. They really need to be seen to believed! Beautiful grounds like a first class resort. 27 holes of meticulously maintained golf course and panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Plus it's just a wonderful place to live with a very friendly and social membership, tons of activities including many tennis and pickle ball courts, bocci ball and over 40 community pools!

This was the second year that our NARFE Palm Springs Chapter hald our Holiday Party at The Lakes Country Club and we thoroughly enjoyed it both times. We found the Club House to be beautifully decorated, the food to be outstanding and the service to be great.
