In summary

Landis Creek Golf Club receives praise for its friendly staff, modern golf carts with GPS features, and enjoyable layout. However, many visitors express concerns about the course's maintenance, citing issues with the fairways, tee boxes, and sand traps. Additionally, some players report dissatisfaction with the pace of play management and the inability to have non-golfing companions ride along.

My friend called in to cancel our tee time and he recognized his voice from when we called in the day before. Keep it in mind he was very disrespectful when we called in before but this time as soon as he recognized the voice he said quote on quote “t time for 4, 4 people?” And then the said yes. Right after that he disrespectfully hung up out of annoyance. I find this very disrespectful because we were actually owning up to not being able to make the t time because unexpected plans happened with me and my pier which made it so my friend and another friend couldn’t go. So rather then ghosting…

Only paid $45, so I understand you get what you pay for - but this course is borderline unplayable. The greens are surprisingly okay, but everything else is rock bottom. The tee boxes are concrete and the fairways are full of crabgrass and dirt. It's almost better to hit into the rough. Can't really play golf as it's meant to be played when you get punished for hitting the fairway. It's a shame because it wouldn't be a bad course if it were maintained - guess they just don't have a grounds crew here (or the crew they do have is permanently out to lunch/ getting paid minimum wage).

Nothing is more annoying than being pushed along by the staff when your shooting under 2hrs after 9 holes. Made the turn at 1 hr 50 min. And was told twice to hurry up. Read other reviews stating the same thing. I understand if we were playing slow but there was no one in front of us or even teeing off as we were walking off the green all morning.

I recently hosted a small outing at the course, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience -- especially thanks to Jason, the Director of Golf. He was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and truly went above and beyond on the day of the event to make sure everything ran smoothly. As someone who plays here often, I already know the course offers a consistently great (and enjoyably challenging!) round. But this was my first time planning and attending an outing, and Jason made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. After the round, my group gathered at the bar, which more th…

Played this course for the first time in three years today. I used to love this course, but ended up taking a break from golf. Upon arrival I was surprised to see a new arsenal of golf carts, complete with gps and graphics screens. Thought it was in for a good day. I used to love this course. Today I changed my mind and will likely never be back. The tee boxes were trashed. The fairways were blotchy, and the greens were beyond awful. Somewhere in the last couple years they must have decided to spend all their money on the bar and golf carts, because this course is absolutely garbage now.

Positives first…….Golf carts, cart paths & bar / beverage cart availability top notch! Unfortunately this is where the positives end. Easily the worst maintained course I played in 2 years. Crab grass everywhere including tee boxes and fairways. The tee boxes and fairways are seriously a joke. Sand traps are either hard, packed down sand or full of water. This is recent as we played there 2 months ago without issue. They charge $65 on weekends for the worst conditions imaginable. Would not recommend or play there anytime soon.

I called in and while i was actively on call with another person finalizing a t time, and he said quote on quote "Hurry up I don't have all day" which is really rude and disrespectful, let alone it being a golf course which means proper manners.

Don’t waste your money. If you’re familiar with the nearby courses - this is a lot like Ingleside. It’s too expensive for a “for fun” game, and the tee boxes / fairways / greens aren’t good enough to play seriously. Cow pasture.

Golf carts and greens are nice, fairways, tee boxes, and sand traps are like playing on concrete. All this would be pretty excusable for a lower end $30 or $40 course, but I paid $65 to play here. The worst part of this course is probably the way it’s run. We were harassed throughout the entire course for “pace of play issues” and told to pick up and skip holes (which we refused to do). The entire time we were playing our golf cart kept switching between 20 minutes behind to 2 minutes behind. Meanwhile the people behind us were teeing off as we were on the greens, and we were teeing off as th…

Love there appetizers, drinks are comparable, they always have good entertainment weather on the patio or indoor

Crab grass galore all over the fairways and green fringes. Sand traps filled with mud and water. Many bare spots on fairways. Greens in rough shape. Edges of holes were frayed and chewed up. Looks like new holes weren’t carved out in some time. Could be a great course with some TLC and proper course care
