In summary

The Links at Sleepy Ridge is praised for its beautiful setting with mountain views, well-maintained course conditions, and a layout that offers a strategic challenge suitable for golfers of various skill levels. Many appreciate the friendly staff and the quality of amenities, including the practice facilities and clubhouse. However, some visitors express concerns about the slow pace of play, particularly due to closely spaced tee times, and occasional issues with staff professionalism.

This used to be one of my favorite courses to play but they shortened the space on their tee times to 8 minute gaps. Now if you try and play its always slow and backed up the whole time you're there. Like I said I love this course but 5 hours to play 18 holes while constantly waiting the entire time is just rough.

As an average golfer, I recently had the pleasure of playing a round at The Links at Sleepy Ridge in Orem, Utah, and I must say, it was an enjoyable experience. The course is beautifully maintained with lush fairways and well-manicured greens that challenge you without feeling too intimidating. One of the highlights for me was the stunning view of the surrounding mountains, which adds a serene backdrop to your game. The layout of the course is thoughtful, with a mix of challenging holes and more forgiving ones, perfect for a golfer like me who’s still working on consistency. I found the staf…

Sleepy Ridge nails that links vibe near the lake—wind keeps you thinking, but fairways are wide enough to enjoy. Scenery with the water and mountains is a highlight. Greens are smooth and hold well. Pro shop has basics covered, and the range is handy for warm-ups. Food at the cafe is simple but good—sandwiches hit after walking. Rates are fair for the quality, and it's not too packed midweek. Fun for all levels; my drives felt longer in the open air. Worth the short drive.

Good place to golf. Friendly staff. Very solid course. Driving range needs work, which they are doing now.

Enjoyable day of golf. Course in decent shape. Greens more difficult than most. Nice clubhouse. Would definitely play again.

Course was in great shape and was a great time! Greens were super crazy ups and downs, kind of made them fun to putt(not fun for the score...). 60 bucks for 18 and driving on a Saturday. Don't come here expecting to see views of Utah lake cause there really isn't any but lots of water on the course to give your ball a bath in ;). Not gonna give it 5 stars just because the play was slow about 5 hours to play :(

This course was both fun and challenging in the best way possible ⛳🔥 It’s not one of those layouts where you automatically grab your driver on every hole — instead, it really makes you think strategically about your shot selection and approach. I loved having to consider different angles and landing spots rather than just swinging away. It keeps the round interesting from start to finish! The course conditions were overall excellent 🌿👌 The fairways and greens were well maintained, with only a few rough patches that were clearly in the process of being repaired. It’s obvious the staff takes pri…

Beautiful and forgiving course, fairways and greens are huge, at least on the front 9. The clubhouse also hosts wedding receptions and there was one while we were there which meant parking was a nightmare and a bride and groom were taking pictures on the 9th hole so it was a little crowded to say the least. Additionally, the carts are very dated for how nice this course is.

I've played this course a few times over the last few years. So, it's pretty open without much shade so get some sunscreen and a good hat. And with it kind of swampy and a lot of reedy areas it was pretty muggy. Even with a 7am tee time. There is an enterprising young girl on the front 9 in a house that butted up to the course that had a cooler, drinks, snacks and a venmo to pay her. $2 Gatorade since I forgot to stop on my rush to the course. Yes please. There are some challenging holes that you need to set up for the next shot. Not just blast it down the fairway... 1 for example requires y…

Beautiful course with amazing backdrop. I played through the back 9 with some family and was amazed at the variety of the shots and the eye popping visuals. A few of the par 5s should realistically be par 4s but otherwise there are no flaws to point to.

Overall it is a good course at a reasonable price. I would say it is definitely not the best course in the area but still fun and in good condition. One of the staff members was the meanest person I have ever met and was making up lies about how he gave the cart key to my friend who was still in the freeway. However the other guy who I think is the pro was one of the kindest people I have ever met and deserves a raise

Super slow. There is. Reason they call it sleepy ridge. Took an extra hour than It should have. Also went to buy a beer and there wasn't someone old enough to sale it. Beautiful course though!
