We hosted an employee appreciation day through a company-sponsored golf tournament at Litchfield Country Club and worked with general manager, Steve Shaffer. What a great day! Every person on Steve's team went out of their way to ensure our group had everything we needed all day - keeping a group of 65 on schedule and transitioning everyone smoothly is a large ask. I would recommend this venue and team for any large group events. I am very grateful for this experience!

Great location for weddings with a beautiful outdoor ceremony area backlit by the sunset filtering through the trees. There is a lot of beautiful foliage around the clubhouse that make a great background for pictures. They have a large upstairs ballroom and very nice locker rooms for the bride and groom preparations before the ceremony.

I held my wedding here this past weekend. The building/property was beautiful, food was amazing, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone in the bridal party had more than enough space to get ready. I’d like to specifically recognize Elizabeth because she was AMAZING!! She really went above and beyond to assure everything ran smoothly during the entire planning process. Her communication was top tier, she answered phone calls and emails even after she left the office. She had recommendations for vendors when mine canceled. I truly believe Elizabeth is what made our experience so…

Excellent course that was in great shape the day I played it. Service in the Pro Shop and food counter was very good also. Value on and off the course is definitely there and worthy of a stop.

Litchfield Country Club on Pawleys Island opened for play in 1966 and is one of the original eight courses built on the Grand Strand. Over the years, the course has evolved and changes have been made but for the most part, Litchfield Country Club has maintained many of its original features, including player-friendly green complexes that leave room for bump-and-run approach shots. Litchfield carries with it a proud Lowcountry tradition and is built on the former grounds of one of the largest rice plantations on the Waccamaw Neck, as evidenced by the stately plantation-style clubhouse, which i…

Played here last week on a buddies golf trip. Litchfield is one of my favourite Myrtle courses and it never disappoints. Its traditional design, consistent conditions, quaint amenities and wonderful staff make for a great southern charm golf experience. Golfers- less club and target golf is more here if you're looking to score well.. Highly recommend!

Well maintained, friendly course in the SouthStrand. Worth playing if your on a golf vacation. For us locals, its a favorite. Course has enough challenges to keep you on your toes with a few easy holes to make you feel good about your game. Fairways were lush, greens tight and in great condition. Attendants, rangers, starters, pro shop, refreshments everyone just so personable. True Southern hospitality.
