Locust Valley Golf Club is highly praised for its well-maintained and beautifully laid out 27-hole course, offering a mix of three 9-hole courses that provide variety and challenge for golfers of all skill levels. The staff is frequently commended for their friendliness and the overall atmosphere is enhanced by the scenic setting and reasonable green fees. While many appreciate the course's condition and amenities, some mention issues with the pace of play and suggest improvements to the bunkers.

Greens are fast.. tough course!. You definitely get your moneys worth!. Beautiful laid out course.. this was my first time playing here. Definitely planning on hitting the range before, next time I get out. Update: went back when it was hot and sunny!. Rained the day before so greens were slow to start the day and then rolled PERFECTLY as the day went on. Bevcart girl kept me stocked with ice and bevs!. Fairways were primo!. Shot an 82 with 2 birds.. lovely day!. Highly recommended course!.

Really well cared for 27 hole (3) 9 hole courses. Well thought out and impeccably manicured. One of the nicer courses I've played all season.

Was here for the first time this past weekend and I wish I lived closer to visit more regularly. This course was fun and challenging as a beginner. They have a grass range which I would have liked to use beforehand but we arrived just at tee time. The course itself is comprised of 3 9-hole courses which the staff assign you upon check in. We did not play the Pine course but the Maple and Oak courses were quite beautiful. Green fees were very reasonable and if I didn't live more than a hour away (in NJ) I could see coming here more frequently even just for the grass range.

Wonderful first time experience. Greens run smooth, fairways and rough nicely cut and full. A very fair course with adequate challenges but not a tough course that demands too many skills. Most importantly the staffs are extremely friendly and maintain a beautiful complex.

Very well maintained. People are super nice. Green fees are a great price. I love what they did to the oak course. Only thing I found annoying was not enough ball washers. Hopefully they add more someday. But it's a beautiful course. 👍👍👍👍👍

It is a hidden gem to be discoverd. I played this beautiful 27 holes course. Greens are fast, fairways and tee boxes are well maintained. It is fun to play this course. Come, play and enjoy it!

Great course. Has 3 9-hole courses that they mix and match into 18. Which golfer will know is a good thing as it lets one course recoup some. Only issue I had were the bunkers. They are hard-pan with a dusting of sand. They need a lot more sand to be called bunkers. Overall I would def play there again

This is a great golf course. It's in great shape, and is long enough to be fun, but short enough to make it feel like you can crush the ball. Played with my sons and their grandfather, great memories.

Course is in pretty nice shape good greens. Terrible spacing of tee times. You will have to wait at least 10 minutes in between each hole. Besides that not bad.
