In summary

Long Beach Golf Course is appreciated for its unique 9-hole layout, well-maintained greens, and friendly staff, making it a suitable choice for beginner and moderate golfers. The campground and additional amenities, like mini-golf and golf simulators, are also well-received, contributing to an enjoyable overall experience. However, some visitors have reported issues with staff interactions and equipment quality, as well as uneven fairways and drainage challenges on the course.

I bid on, and paid for, a Tofino package that included a round of golf for 4. No expiry date. I finally went this spring with my neice and her partner visiting from Nfld. The staff initially stated they would honor so we rented clubs, carts etc and played our round. Walked back into the clubhouse and was told I was lying. That I had printed the gift certificate myself .. They actually yelled at me. I'm a decent person who won this bid at a fundraiser. I was so upset, it ruined my week in Tofino. Ive never been treated so poorly in my life I had the whole printed package with me The package was…

Golf course is interesting for sure. Some cool holes cut through the rugged wilderness. No.9 is the quirkiest par 4 I've played with a weird shift (not quite a dogleg) halfway down the fairway. Impossible to access the green without a perfect tee shot. Fairways were a mess with drainage culverts and deep ditches everywhere. Grass was actually pretty decent but everything is crowned / uneven to shed the water. Understandable with the size of grounds crew and amount of rain. Even where the ditches are staked as a free drop it's still easy to lose a ball or break an ankle. Greens were the only p…

I love this course. It’s only 9 holes but such a lovely course to walk. Plenty of fresh air! We always take one of the earlier Tee times and have the course to ourselves before it gets too warm. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well. My 4.0 rating should actually be 4.5.

Great little 9 hole course that's perfect fit for beginner and moderate level golfers. Yes it close to the airport but there little to no traffic coming or going. Some good long par 5's to open up the drive and the price is hard to beat.

The only golf course in the area. Very foggy and misty early mornings. Sun comes out in the afternoon. Rent a cart or wear water proof golf shoes. Go two rounds to experience the full 18 holes. Bring extra balls.

Great campground and staff. Showers are often cold in the evenings when all the surfers get home and warm up so best to shower in the morning. Facilities are great for a campground and the shop on site has some extra camping supplies if you need!

Great 9 hole course, with an awesome pro shop, some incredibly interesting hole layouts, and very well manicured greens! Would highly recommend if you have your clubs on the island!

Great campsite, Wifi works only around the main office. The showers operate 7 am to 10 pm.

Very disappointing experience. Our tee time was at 7:30, but the staff member arrived 45 minutes late without any apology. The golf sets were incomplete and worn out, and the carts were dirty and full of cigarette butts. Not acceptable for a golf club. The course itself was well maintained.

Wow such a great experience!! And the camp ground was well kept and private spots. Mini golf was so fun with the kids💕

The attendants in the pro shop were extremely rude and patronizing, with horrible customer service. Other than this the course itself was not too bad, but the fairways were recently aerated which made the conditions worse than expected. Overall would not recommend this course if you are looking for a relaxing enjoyable day of golf.

My husband and I stopped in for a quick mini-golf sesh because we had time to kill and zero kids with us. While the 18-hole mini golf was relatively taken care of the washrooms did not look like they'd been properly cleaned in, well, a while. The staff we engaged with was very friendly. Would I come again? Definitely not. Did we make our own fun and laugh a lot? Absolutely.
