Played today May 26th 2026 Terrible condition drainage ditches being cut everywhere piles of dirt , pvc pipes sticking out the ground Hole 5 shut for costruction the greens where worse I ever seen , some black hard fungus on them that made them unplayable , they say couple of weeks the course will be fine! That is rubbish ,they should shut it down!! Do Not Go There!!!!

Whilst the front desk staff are super nice and accommodating, the course is truly in a rough shape. The value just isn’t in the course this time; greens are nice but patchy and some fairways feel like I’m hitting off the cart path. Will consider coming back if the price starts fitting the course’s condition.

Don’t go here expecting a nice, well maintained course. It’s not. Fun course to see how low you can go, but that’s about it. This should be a $50 round with cart. Not even close to worth what they charge you to play. With the amount charged you’d think they’d water the course. But no, fairways are like concrete and the greens although smooth, are full of patches everywhere. The same money will get you a round at many other decent courses around here. I’ve never felt ripped off playing golf until playing here.

Play this coarse alot. Been a member for a few years now. I have never seen this coarse in as bad shape as it is.!! Golf north sends out surveys about clients experience and when you be honest about condition, they never get back to you or fix any of the of the issues at coarse. There are several issues. Too many to list a few are greens burnt and holes divide all over a majority. Fairways are hard as a rock......... maybe maplerock instead of maple ridge. The staff at the front desk and club house are very nice. Shame on golfnorth for raising prices at this coarse and not doing any maintenanc…

My hockey team holds our annual golf tournament here. This course is perfect given that we play a scramble as the golfers are of varying abilities. The course is in rough shape with many burnt areas on greens. I suspect the superintendent is doing the best job possible given the resources available. The cart girl was great. The dinner they served was fantastic - huge portions! Only complaint was the poor customer service attitude of the young guy in the proshop. All in all, worth it for our annual visit.

First time golfing Maple Ridge golf course with our Wednesday night hockey group tournament. Course was in good shape, well laid out and a nice change for somebody like myself who hasn't quite made a consistent golfer yet. Beverage cart was out which seems to be a hit and miss with some courses and steak meal after golf was good. All around a good day.

Horrendous value. Went with a group of buddies and everyone was shocked by the poor condition of the course. Both the fairways and greens had large patches of dead grass. It was like hitting off of pavement. In 25+ years of golfing I don't think I've experienced a course in worse condition. The fact it's charging $80 is insane.

Brutal course conditions. No mention at the front desk of the construction on the course looks like they’re installing sprinklers. $80 round with cart is a joke.

This is a great course to play. It is definitely challenging to me….due to the hard ground mainly. The course can bless you with a golden bounce or back hand you to a challenge. Bounces off greens can be surprising and shocking. It’s in great condition (last time I played - approx 3 weeks ago) and the staff is superb. They are always very polite and professional with me. It’s worth checking out.

Horrible course conditions! The greens are in terrible condition. The fairways are half dirt/grass. Asking $80+ for a round with cart is criminal. DO BETTER GOLF NORTH!!!

I have driven past this place unknowingly for years. I went with some friends. It was ok. Clean, organized yet Understaffed. The gals running the refreshment cart I overheard that they had been treated poorly and spoken to rudely by asshats. Myself and my group had fun.

The course is in disgraceful condition. Burned out greens and burned out fairways - somehow both in October. When hitting a shot to a green, you have no idea if it's going to land soft or bounce ten feet high. There are massive bare patches of just dirt randomly around the course, dead trees everywhere. Do not bother.
