In summary

McInnis Park Golf Center is appreciated for its well-maintained 9-hole course, two-tiered driving range with ball tracking technology, and friendly staff, making it a popular choice for both golfing and dining. Visitors enjoy the mini golf and reliable food offerings, though some find the pricing for driving range balls and mini golf slightly high. Criticisms include the outdated mini golf area, the closure of batting cages, and a few concerns about the restaurant's pricing for children's meals.

We had a group of 6 and had gone to play mini golf to celebrate a birthday. It was fun! Well kept and enough shape. The staff was also very nice at the food and drink counter. Price to play was so-so, but food and drink was reasonable. I didnt give 6 stars because we were really disappointed they no longer run the bating cages. Such a bummer :(

My son has been participating in OP 36 at McGinnis and has loved it. His coach Nick has been fantastic. On top of that, we had an issue that required some assistance and the manager, Christian, was incredibly generous with his time and such a professional. We couldn't speak more highly about the programs and staff.

Nice public course. Love the driving range. has two tiers so you can get shade. The food is good, reliable menu. They have mini golf too. It's a bit dated but the kids have fun. I come here for lunch sometimes even without golfing.

A nice public 9-hole course and driving range facility. The range is two tiered so a shady spot below is possible on hot days. The range is also equipped with some tech that tracks your ball striking performance. Because of all of that a bucket of balls costs a bit more than other places.

We were not allowed to have a spectator/ride along/non golfer go in the cart...It has such beautiful views and I would like to see that policy changed so the couples can hang out and enjoy there time together. The food was awesome and will go just for the food...

The driving range is spacious, the balls are decent quality, and most of the mats are in good shape. The pricing for balls is ridiculously high and you don't get a better deal for buying a higher quantity? Unless you're buying a $100 key you're paying $8 for a small bucket. But there isn't any competition around and they obviously know it, so we'll pay the price. The putting green is severely sloped, which is a fun challenge, but it's not a realistic practice green since the greens on the courses aren't nearly that tilted.

This is a great place to golf 9 holes, hit the range, or grab a bite. The food is good and the bar is too. There is also ok peewee golf with a stand for kids snacks and icees

I'm tourist so I don't carry my clubs with me. Still I want to experience your course. Does McInnis golf center have clubs for rent? And what's the rate?

This is a fun miniature golf course. There are some fun holes with good gimmicks. It's a bit dated but still fun for all ages.

Love getting out to Mcinnis for some early morning golf before work. Club house people are always really nice.

I love this place. It's my regular practice range and the course is pretty fun too. However, the food and beverage operation is out of touch with what golfers and the regular public want. The menu needs a full revision. The golf shop is in a woeful state with staining all over the carpets and the main job of the staff being selling buckets of balls for the range. How is this not fully automated in 2024?!?! Lots of revenue dollars are being left on the table. If the city of San Rafael had any sense they would realize what a gem they have with this place and hire a real operator to bring it to t…

Came here for the batting cages (closed indefinitely - staff said probably to be removed soon to make more room for mini golf) and stayed for a round of putt putt. Not worth the $13 per adult. The slushee was good though.
