In summary

National Pines Golf Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained course, beautiful layout, and friendly, professional staff. The course offers a challenging yet enjoyable experience for golfers of all skill levels, with a variety of tees and well-kept practice facilities. While the overall experience is positive, some visitors have mentioned issues with slow pace of play and occasional staff concerns, such as a lack of follow-up on lost items and an overly assertive Marshall.

National Pines has always been a special place to me. Years ago, I used to play here through my dad’s company. It was the course they chose for company tournaments, client days, and their Legends of Hockey golf tournament, so this place has always carried a lot of meaning for me. After moving to the area, I always hoped I’d eventually become a member. Now that Purposeful Golf has taken over, it feels like the perfect time. The course looks incredible, the staff have been amazing, and you can really feel the care and vision going into the future of the club. I also have to give special recog…

Country cottage style clubhouse looking out on great parkland course. Undulating but not too hilly, front 9 treelined and back 9 semi-open. Water hazards and long lush rough with bright white bunkers.

Very nice tree lined course. Bring lots of balls. Really like the long par 5s and the par 5 coming in. IMO all courses should end with a par 5. Course was very wet so it took a while to finish as it was cart path only. Loved the layout and mix of holes. Didnt like the twosome behind us acting like idiots. Should have the Marshall out watching idiots so everyone can enjoy their round. We can only go as fast as the group ahead. Clubhouse is very nice with a great patio and very nice bartender.

Fall October weather but course was in great shape. There are hole lengths for all golfers but good length is needed even on the blue tees for several holes . Finished in 4 hours five minutes even though it was a busy day. Love the course design.

This course is very good. Fairway, green, rough are very well maintained. Layout of the course is interesting to keep you on your toe. The staff are super friendly. The only thing that's sort of negative that I can mention is the bunkers. The quality of sand isn't really that great, but not the worst kind neither. Overall, this course is worthy of your time and money. Regrettably, this course is shutting down this year. So if you haven't been to this course, I highly recommend to give this one try.

Played national pines the other day course was good for the beginning of the season 4/5. The reason for the review is the staff. I finished my round at 8pm (one of the last groups) and when I turned my cart in I had left my rangefinder in the cart. I called before any tee times first thing in the morning and it has now disappeared. I was assured the staff didn’t wouldn’t “take it”. Clearly there was no one else that could have. I asked them to follow up with the staff that worked that night and they didn’t seem to care much. I understand it’s on me for leaving this item behind but you would th…
