In summary

Oxmoor Country Club is appreciated for its beautiful setting, elegant facilities, and accommodating staff, making it a popular choice for events and gatherings. Many visitors commend the course layout and well-maintained greens. However, there are significant concerns about the condition of the fairways, which are often described as lacking grass and poorly maintained, impacting the overall golfing experience.

Management refuses to maintain or remove invasive giant reed grass they planted adjacent to my property. Evidently my house isn't big enough to warrant neighborly good will.

This location was used recently for a tribute to STAFF SGT. HENRY GERALD GISH of the United States Air Force, a Vietnam Veteran recently found and brought home after he went missing March 11, 1968 during the Vietnam War.

DON'T PLAY HERE!!! The fairways are non-existent. I mean no grass. Carts on the path and the rough is 4 to 5 inches high. They really shouldn't be allowing play. They have overseeded the fairways and they will probably not come in for a couple of months, if at all. They are charging 50 during the week and acting like it's a deal. I have played numerous golf courses in the area and they are all lush. This course is probably lost for the year. If I were a member we would be talking about my membership fees. This course is not worth 20 dollars. The practice facilities are nice. Stay off the cours…

I am from out of state. Had some time and decided to play. Wanted to play somewhere nicer, so I avoided the muni’s and found this country club near by. I paid $55 and got a bag of balls. $61 total. I wouldn’t play this course again for $10. The fairways are dead, the tee boxes are dead, greens were trash. The rough was horrible. I don’t know if they are closing or something? The fairways were half brown dead grass and dirt. I know it’s kind of early in the year but it seemed like an abandoned course. The course won’t be ready this entire golf season. I’d be embarrassed to be a member here an…

Worst condition I've ever seen a course. No grass on the fairways at all. 1st time I've ever had to roll my ball to the rough for relief from the fairways. Paid $55 to play and won't play it again even if they paid me.

First time playing. Great layout. Fun course to play. Conditions of greens were good. Fairways and general upkeep of course was not what you’d expect at a semi private course. Either they have groundskeeper issues or money issues that is preventing them from addressing the many turf issues on the course.

Played in the Operation Parent golf scramble on Monday 10/14. The greens and bunkers were in good shape. Fast greens and fairways and tee boxes in good shape. Great sign of things to cone after summer golf. Will certainly put Oxmoor in the playing rotation next year

As a former member, played OCC on Sunday for the first time since then. The course was in very good shape, including fantastic greens. Many of the surrounds had been recently resodded. My only complaint with conditions were the bunkers: Hardly any sand, so it was necessary to "pick" the ball off what was essentially hardpan. Definitely not a normal bunker shot. Every time I see sand bunkers in such poor condition, I always have the same thought: Just dig them up and create grass bunkers. Much easier/cheaper to maintain. Finally, finished around 7:15pm and turned in the cart to staff. Unfortuna…

The pool and golf course is great. The pool is not overly crowded and kept up well.

I'm not impressed. Greens are in good shape, but that's it. Weeds every where, bunkers need work and sand. Very hard to find your way around the golf course. No signs directing. Some tee boxes no signs. GPS is just okay. Would not go back

Agree with recent reviews. Fairways are nothing but dirt/mud. Do not play here. The course should not even be open.
