Carrie and Danielle were excellent to work with. They have an all-inclusive package that included the venue, food, bar, centerpieces, etc. Totally worth it to not have to worry about those things. We opted out of the included DJ. We received SOOO many compliments on the food. Our guests were telling us it was the best wedding food they ever had. We also really appreciated the space available to get ready for both the bride and groom. And the morning of food options, the mimosas were a hit! Very nice golf course, alittle challenging, Just keep a eye on your golf gps since some of the holes are listed differently such as hole 2 is actually 6. The people was very friendly.

The best food I’ve had at a Louisville Country Club. Well priced and friendly staff. The pool is amazing for kids to make friends and slide down the three slides all day long. I don’t trust the lifeguards and neither should you.

We had the best wedding day at Woodhaven! We mostly worked with Suzie leading up to the big day and during the formalities of the wedding. Carrie was great on wedding morning bringing us breakfast and mimosas. Suzie is absolutely amazing and we love her! If you’re on the fence about booking here, Do it! You won’t regret it! We got so many compliments on the food and how beautiful the venue is from our guests. Our only complaint is that we aren’t members and we’re sad that we can’t come back.

We recently hosted a corporate event at this venue, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, Carrie and Danielle stood out with their outstanding communication skills and accommodating nature, instantly putting us at ease. I've shot a few weddings here and it's a great venue for big events! There's a nice flow from the entrance to the back patio and the indoor reception area has a huge built in bar, a piano, and really pretty chandeliers and plenty of space for dancing. The outdoor space is gorgeous too for portraits!

It is a great venue for a wedding and reception. Shelby (venue coordinator) stayed in consistent communication and was very helpful/accommodating. We bought the wedding package which included a lot of what we needed. Having a piano already there was an added bonus; we were referred a pianist and it was a special touch for cocktail hour. There are many fees for additional items/changes so ask questions and be informed of your contract. Enjoyed a lovely Burns Night dinner here. The event space was lovely. Side room for storing coats. Some lounge style seating beside a fireplace was a cozy touch on a cold evening. Cash bar had some options. Restrooms were clean. Only thing that would be good to see improvement in was the sound system. It would be painfully loud on one side of the room but practically inaudible on the other. More kitchen help might make buffet service a little quicker too. The day was literally magical. Everything went according to plan and went off without a hitch. Best place to get married. Carrie was amazing and made sure we were happy with everything! Decor was great and we got to bring our own as well.

I recently got married here in June. We absolutely loved our experience! Our ceremony took place outside, under a beautiful oak tree near the lake and our reception took place inside their ballroom. Shelby and Carrie were wonderful to work with and made the whole planning process very efficient and stress-free. They take care of every detail and gave their 100% to making my wedding day the very best it could be! Their prices were very resonable and competitive from my research. Woodhaven was such a wonderful and special venue to have our wedding ceremony and reception at! Gorgeous grounds and space- we couldn’t have asked for anything better for our big day. Carrie and the whole team of event staff were so amazing to work with. It was much more affordable with way more included than anywhere else we toured! I cannot recommend them enough!

Woodhaven County Club was a very nice experience. I was there for mt best friend wedding, everyone was very professional. The staff done an exceptional job! They made sure that everyone was taken care of and everything was in order. The food was delicious, and the place itself was very clean. Yes I would recommend this place for your wedding or family gatherings.
