Best place to retire in the Tampa area. Lower cost and very clean park.

We live in the community and we have enjoy having some nice things to do. We've had nice neighbors.

Fantastic, Friendly, so very much the place to be. Thanks to all you amazing guys. Wonderful time..... cannot wait to get back.

Great Bazaar sale nice people

A place to live. A 55+ community. Needs updates. Clean & tidy. Good residents. Management needs to be replaced. Not a restaurant.

My parents bought a double wide coach in 1981 and my mother stayed there until 2006. Those were the really good years at Palm Hill before certain parties wanted to buy the property from the Taylor family. That resulted in many people leaving and at one point, coaches were listed at $ 100 plus the price of the share. It's nice to see that the park is flourishing once again, but now the maintenance, share and the price of a coach will make some people pause and think before signing on the dotted line.

Been visiting this place for over 45 years, and it never gets old. The 9-hole golf course is very well maintained, The Bandits and other golf events bring people together. Bingo is incredible, the pools, spas, tennis courts, events and activities make this THE place to live in Largo/Clearwater. A majority of the people are very nice, and this senior community is well maintained. I know I plan to retire to Palm Hill in 2038!

This is my best friends home. Its in Largo Flordia and its just the very best place you could live.. 2 pools, tennis courts, 9 hole golf course. Just the greatest. 7 miles from the Gulf of Mexico. I hope to go back again some day.

Very well maintained park with active owners involved maintaining a livable and active social community golf is king but pickelball, tennis, shuffleboard along with bocce & pool are not far behind.

Absolutely amazing fresh Mahi Mahi taco to die for. Our server was on point. (Always a big thing coming from being in the industry most of my life). An overall clean place with. A wonderful vibe. Good music playing. .. and my favorite. ..DOG FRIENDLY! A must go!

Jack Navarra I couldn’t have chosen a better place or retirement community. PalmHill country club is a five star community a 1.3 miles from the beach with all the amenities anybody could ask for. Great neighbors great community well maintained

Palm Hill is a great place to retire and to enjoy your life. The community is great. Does Hill have issues? Could you name a community with out issues? Oh ya heaven😇
