Honestly I really wanted to give this place a good review because it has so much potential. But so far I'm severely underwhelmed. The condo is cute with lots of space the kitchen is well stocked. But then there is a sign saying don't cook fragrant foods, as well as two other pages of do not do this and that. The kitchen has labeled quantities with the dishes, but my cupboard says three mixing bowls, and we only have two. Hopefully that doesn't ding us. Then the blender and kettle are from the early 80's I'm sure. I wanted to have a nice hot bath tonight but there is hardly any hot water at all…

We got in after 7 PM on a Friday. There was no one there until Monday at 9 AM. By 9 AM on Monday we were already on the road to Glacier National Park in the U.S. Tuesday morning we headed out early for Waterton National Park in Alberta. We didn't actually "check in" until Wednesday and we were leaving on Friday. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The room my wife and I slept in was not connected to the central A/C unit for the rest of the condo. There were no vents in our room just a small wall unit that blew directly into our faces all night. The room was the hottest in the condo. Our frien…

The above ground rooms are dated and musty. The basement suites are damp with mildew carpets that are borderline unlivable if you have any type of lung issues. There are alot of rules including a borderline racist one about stong smelling fish/spicy dishes. I didn't expect alot for the price but some maintenance is expected. The only plus is that the area is gorgeous which makes the rooms feel even worse. I recommend they put the same care to the rental units that they do to the golf course.

Our family went to the Mother’s Day brunch buffet and the food was severely lacking in quality and types of food available on the buffet. For $40 a person we all kind of expected better. The eggs Benedict was very cheaply made with pieces of deli ham and not back bacon and the eggs all over cooked. Lots of food items also seemed to be fairly cold. The only thing that wasn’t too bad was the bacon and the freshly made omelettes. As for the dessert, it seemed like they didn’t make anything in house and just brought in a bunch of pre made squares and cookies. I should note that the servers were qu…

Staff were nice. Area was pretty. Those are the only two nice things I can say. Rooms were dated and toilets did not work well (one didn’t work at all). We stayed in unit 403b and a family with kids was staying right above us. Lack of insulation allowed us to hear every word they said and we could hear each and every footstep/stomp. You can hear every time someone runs water or flushes a toilet. Would not stay here again.

We didn’t actually golf here, just stayed overnight. Was a really great place. The suites were nice and very clean with a great view. There were some a few issues with the ground floor unit like a broken cupboard door hinge and the air mattress had a major leak but nothing that impacted the trip. The kitchen was pretty lightly equipped but good enough. Would have given 4/5 but giving full stars for the management being understanding and prompt with understanding and solving some issues my kids caused (somehow my kid get a deck chair cushion in the roof)

The drive down into the Canyon to the resort is very picturesque with a beautifully maintained golf course by the resort. Very comfortable rooms and great location. Not far from all Lethbridge, Alberta facilities and shops.

We played the course in 4:50 because of a “tournament”. Called the pro shop, said there was nothing they could do. Frustrating when every where you read (score card, cart etc) they say the round should last 4:10.

One of the better golf courses I've been too. Greens were well kept and fast. Course overall was clean and had a great variety of challenges from hole to hole. A bit pricier than some of the other courses in the area but it's worth it. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Great place, BUT CHARGING A DAILY CLEANING RATE IS GREED! $340 over and above rental and taxes!! Every other place charges a flat fee of 75-100 a week! If your charging 350 a week then you had better give hotel services which you don't!!!

Shower door broke our first night there (labor day long weekend) and my daughter quickly caught it ot she could have gotten hurt badly or cut in the glass,(very lucky our little guy wasn't the one taking the shower or it could have been worse )manager Mike suggested we need to wait until maintenance came back on Tuesday, after several more phone calls finally sent someone else and temporarily fixed it.Asked to give me something in return for our inconvenience of not be able to use our shower and quickly turned to blame us it was us that broke the door and telling me that cleaning staff for sure…

The service was a bit slow and our server was missing a few details about the menu and options. However, the real disappointment was the food. I had their full breakfast at lunchtime, and I'm sure the bacon and sausage were left over from early morning. Terribly overcooked. Eggs and toast were fine. I ordered breakfast because that's one meal that's hard to screw up. Welp... there you go.
