In summary

Paramus Golf Course is frequently praised for its well-maintained grounds, friendly staff, and enjoyable layout, making it a popular choice for both beginners and experienced golfers. The course offers a good pace of play and a variety of amenities, including a practice facility and a mini golf course. Some visitors note challenges such as the lack of a 9-hole rate, slightly higher prices for non-members, and occasional confusion with course navigation, but overall, it provides a satisfying golfing experience.

A somewhat short but very well maintained course. The course rate is reasonable and it's a relatively easy trek from Manhattan. I played 18 in 4 hours so the pace of play is pretty quick. Not many traffic jams and the course ranger is on top of slow groups.

When snow covers the links, it's our turn to enjoy the golf course. Gently rolling terrain, crisp air and bright blue skies make this an enjoyable trek. You can ski for miles and never see another soul. As lovely as it seems, there is something here that belongs in Weird New Jersey Magazine. Remains of two vaults can be seen on the 13th green from a family cemetery dating back to the 17th century. Also, I should mention if you do go out on a golf course to x-country ski, you should be mindful of keeping clear of the greens. You can easily damage this most expensive turf by digging in with ski…

Beautiful pristine course, very nice facility. Friendly staff and a wonderful practice facility. Great to see all the junior golfers there. Place gets very busy and tough to park sometimes. The great thing is you dont need to pay dues or a yearly membership. Plently of carts and the property is huge. The clubhouse is also magnificently decorated and the food is quality.

Staff was friendly and allowed me to hop in and play. I was disappointed that don’t have a 9 hole rate… so if you only have time to play 9 they charge you for a full 18… Never once I have ever experienced that. Course it’s self was in great condition but if you don’t know where you’re at it’s confusing. It’s very open which is good. But if you think your flag is straight guess again. There isn’t true direction on where the holes go unless you use a golf app or you’ve played here before. Prices overall are pretty high for balls and everything else. Last but not least the driving range is only 8…

Just played here yesterday. Course is in amazing shape. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Just beware of some of the intimidating rangers - when you tee off some of them stare at you with weird and intimidating faces depending on what tees you are playing on because you may look like you aren't that good and it may make some people uncomfortable. I will definitely keep coming here.

Nicely managed course, beatiful club house, and restaurant. Especially no congestion and you may start at anytime. I am very happy to get almost private membership with just $50.

I really like the course. There are a lot of straight aways so you can focus on your game. If you are a big driver may not enjoy it as much.

Paramus Golf Course is a great place to play a round of golf. The course is in good condition and the staff is friendly. The course is also challenging enough to be enjoyable for all skill levels. I would recommend this course to anyone looking for a fun and affordable golf experience.

Very well kept course. The golfers can move a bit slow. And the geo-fence can stop you from utilizing the cart for your benefit. The other issue is even when you are a member you only have 24 hours to grab a spot.

As a beginner this course is amazing! Well maintained, easy enough for me while providing a challenge, great value all around. If you are looking to take your first step onto a golf course this is the place.

I've never played the golf course, but I have played the mini golf course. The greens rolled beautifully, rolling 13-14 on the stimp. I was surprised to see the greens comparable to Augusta National. It was of moderate difficulty, some blind shots and doglegs. Tee boxes are in good condition, and they use TP5s they give you to use. I used my SCOTTY CAMERON GOLO and scored under par, beating my Korean girlfriend handedly. After the round I attempted to walk over to Ridgewood Country club, but was met by the angry guard monkey who bit my arm. DO NOT attempt to access Ridgewood.
