In summary

Parkshore Golf Club receives mixed reviews from visitors. Some appreciate its affordability, interesting layout, and friendly staff, considering it a good place to practice despite its urban setting. However, others criticize the course for poor maintenance, slow pace of play, and issues with staff conduct, as well as construction disruptions and inadequate course management.

One of the worst golf courses in North America, this place use to have great owners but the new owners now are well you can look at the pictures and see for yourself. The place is disgusting no customer service, goose crap every wear like literallysmall hills full of it and big mounts of dirt scattered everywhere, they had construction going on 2 different greens and we couldn't not play them and the guy in the proshop did not tell us nor did he give us our money back. While playing there an employee drove the tractor across one of the wooden bridges and it broke...this caused 9 employees in t…

I believe that the course is under new ownership/management this season (spring 2025). I played in late April. It is easily walkable. For the location I felt the green fee was reasonable. It is obviously in an urban area, so it wasn't the most peaceful round I've ever played, but it also wasn't the noisiest I've experienced. For the time of year the conditions were better than I would have expected. We had a tee time and it was respected. Pace of play was fine, on a weekday after lunchtime. The holes are varied and interesting. I would play it again if I was in the area. For context, I'm mostl…

Played here for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. With all the negative reviews of this place I wasn't expecting much but everything was great. Fairway was well kept, greens were great. The tee box could use a little TLC but no issues. The only concern was that because the green fees were less that $35 it attracted a younger crowd and the pace of play was slower and they did not have any course etiquette and was driving the carts on the green. Overall I would definitely go back and play again.

It ain’t tpc sawgrass but you get what you pay for. Great spot to work on your game as the long holes n hazards are a challenge. Friendly staff as well. The pro shop guy Leo even gave me some nice putting tips!

Lots of potential in this golf course but I have to say it looked a bit poorly maintained, no signage on the course. The score card had no map of the course and you would have to guess where you were hitting. Very easy to lose tons of balls if you are not an experienced golfer.

If you want to trip in gravel and dirt with abundance of trains constantly coming and going, this is the course you want to play in. The sand traps are hard clay traps, and the whole course is just not well maintained. Most bridges have holes in them. Be careful where you step, don't fall in.

Played a 9 here during the day. With all the negative reviews I wasn't sure what to expect but honestly for 2 people and a cart I paid like 80 bucks. The greens were kept to a well enough standard, the course is only 9 holes but plays long. The only issue I had was with the bunkers being solid otherwise had no problems with pace, and the course was maintained as well as it could be for that price point. To be honest I had a great time. Bottom line is if your expecting a great golf course experience than go pay for one. if you temper your expectation slightly you'll have a great time here. I…

The course itself wasn't the best, but the pace of play was frustrating. The group ahead of us had five players, which really slowed things down, and there was no marshal in sight to manage it. We had two groups waiting on the same hole. It took nearly three hours to finish nine holes.

If you plan on going to this course, don’t even bother. This was easily the absolutely worst golf course I’ve ever played by far. Not only the staff was rude and gave me terrible attitude, they also sometimes heckled or interrupted in the middle of my shots, completely ruining my game. My group and I arrived to the golf course on time for our tee time, but due to the inefficiency of the staff and horrible instructions, we ended up having to wait and not being able to play until about 20 minutes after our tee time. As a result, there were multiple groups after us waiting for their turn. As you…

For the past 10 years I've been supporting this local course, I would even go as far as saying it's my home course. When I first started to get serious about golf I was told about this place. It was a dump. But it was great for me to learn all my distances for all my clubs, learn how to get over certain hazards, learn how to play the game before going to a big boy course. I must have given them thousands of my hard earned money over the years. Promoting it to other fellow beginners and always standing up for it when others would bash it. I even held a tournament there for my birthday. A few we…

I played a round today mainly because all the other 9 hole courses are not available at the last minute. I didn't hold high expectation due to the 2.9 rating, but I was delighted. The staff is nice and polite. The grass is green not yellow. There are bold spots here and there, but the putting greens are in pretty good shape. The courses are long and challenge. I used drivers on 7 out of 9 holes. It is not Peel village, but for $25, it is a good place to spend 2.5 hours in mid October with 18 degree temperature. With more players playing there, hopefully the owner has more money to fix up the s…

Played here 2 years ago and it was terrible, I've had little hope to play it again but did. I can say that this course is now making an improvement. Carts were limited but a very easy course to walk, grounds were fairly hard from teeboxes to greens, and not all brown like it used too. Pros, great price and newly renovated clubhouse with bar. Also the staff were very helping in finding us a cart when none were available, and they communicated with us clearly and with a great attitude. I will be back
