In summary

Pierz Municipal Golf Course is praised for its well-maintained condition, scenic layout featuring tall pines and water features, and friendly, accommodating staff. The course is described as both challenging and enjoyable, with a unique charm that appeals to both novice and experienced golfers. Amenities such as a campground, swimming area, and picnic facilities add to its appeal, though some visitors mention that the back nine is still under development and signage could be improved.

First time golfing here, very pretty course, challenging for beginners, needs to be better marked for where the Greens/flags are from T-boxes we thought, back half of course needs driving paths still. All in all we enjoyed golfing there and will be back again in the future

First visit. A wonderful visit. This course is Old school cool. The clubhouse is really small but the staff makes it work perfectly. Their branded clothing is very inexpensive which is not very golf course like. The golf course itself is in great shape and plays wonderfully. With the exception of the brand new back nine. Which is simply not to my liking yet. You need a mallet to put tees into the ground. The greens are still great though. There is also a great looking campground next door which harkens back to better days. Along with an awesome swimming hole. Pavilions are available for larger…

Great course that is lots of fun to play. Scenery is gorgeous; ponds, tall pines, a creek...just a beautiful golf course. Plus swimming, a beach, picnic areas and a nice campground. On my bucket list again!

Very nice place to golf can't wait till the other nine holes gets done. I like seeing the deer on hole number 6 early morning or late evening there always there.

I didn't golf, but attended a track meet. A few people fell on acorns as they were walking

This is a well maintained small town gem. It's only a nine hole course, but do different tee boxes and make an 18 hole experience. It's short but challenging. The par 3's are gorgeous holes that only look easy from the tee box. They play differently. The clubhouse staff was friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, the on course staff wasn't as friendly nor courteous. Overall a very good experience.

Great 9 hole course. Soon to be 18 holes. Hole four's green used to be on a hill and nearly impossible to play. But they renovated that now and it is still a challenging part 3, but a signature hole for sure. Golf carts and the greens are well maintained. Camp at the campgrounds next door and then swim in the river after. Pavillions and playground is there too. Good bar food, pull tabs and cold beverages. Practice putting green but no driving range. Awesome place to play and definitely worth adding to your golf tour. ⛳️ 🏌️‍♀️ ⛳️ 🏌️‍♂️ 🏌️

I truly enjoy this unique, beautiful and adequately challenging golf course for a semi-novice hacker. Walking nine holes is just the right amount of exercise a individual needs to endure on a somewhat hilly round. Your legs feel like they got a workout. Staff are always nice, fair and helpful Did I mention the food, excellent hamburger basket. The funny thing about all this, is that I have no affiliation with this municipal golf course, I just really enjoy playing it. Daniel and the staff are making great improvements to the course every year - Great job guys!

Awesome. Pierz golf course is a hidden gem in central Minnesota. The management and staff of the course are outstanding and make everyone feel very welcome. Hole #4 is one of the most challenging Par 3's you can ever play. I also want to ad how impressed I was with lack of bugs on course.

We were there on a Sunday morning. It was very laid back atmosphere, no one pushing us. I really liked the coarse. Can't wait for the new part to open next year.

At first look you might think this is your basic dumpy municipal golf course ... but the course is well kept, and the holes further back in the grounds (holes 5,6,7,8,9) are very scenic .... putting green could be larger and the clubhouse could use an update .... VERY affordable!.
