Very nice course in Ohio wine country...minutes away from some good wineries or after the round. Course has lots of nice water features and nicely lined with trees without being overly challenging. Greens were nice and quick. Play moved at a decent speed. Very nice course for the price. There is also a driving range and patio for dining.

The lady in the club house was very rude and condescending, was mad we brought riders even though we called to verify it was okay and paid the extra fee. The course itself is mid at best, poorly maintained cart paths, water in the ball wash smells like a swamp, tee boxes are a mess, no divot filling sand on par 3s or the carts, the carts had a hard time starting. $2 more to play at Maddison county club, the sand traps are just dirt. I suggest you take your money else where.

You get exactly what you pay for here. Have been to this course twice this summer, one very early and one towards the end of June. Showed up about an early and the guy in the clubhouse immediately snaps “I don’t have any balls!” Both times the course was entirely water logged I’m not sure how the place was even open. And both times the parking brake did not work on the carts and several times I could not stop the cart from rolling away. Anyway, drainage seems to be nonexistent. My shoes were saturated by the middle of the first hole. Mud balls and mud clubs were every other shot. Course Marsha…

Course was in great shape and the weather was great for October. Friendly staff. Great value for the money. This golf course will have you use every club in your bag.

Beautiful layout with some really challenging holes. The staff was friendly and they were pretty well stocked on drinks. We started off with two golfers behind us but by the 4th hole we barely saw them. Course is also close to wineries.

Awesome course, greens are in great condition but the hospitality was terrible. We had booked a 7:00 AM tee time for 6 guys 2 weeks before for a pre-wedding round, they had no issues with it at the time and set it up even with the holiday weekend we booked in on. Half of the group gets there early and hits the range, around 6:50-6:55 they were yelled at for not teeing off yet. The other half showed up around d 6:50 and checked in and was waiting on the tee box by 7:00 AM. We tee off (at latest by 7:03) and get rolling. We were approached on hole 6 or 7 by a twosome behind yes and all they sa…

Decent/nice layout Absolutely needs some work. Paths, Carts, overall condition of course etc. Not a $50ish course, much better value available. This course should be $38-$42. Owners haven't put much money back into general upkeep in several years Powderhorn is a cool name though 👍

Employees were very kind. We hit a bucket of balls before 9 holes. The driving range was dilapidated. Bird crap and weeds everywhere. There were no rubber tees on the green pads. The golf course was nice. The cart paths need a lot of work. It is very clear that the owners don’t care about it. It’s unfortunate. It could be awesome.

Decent course, not very long, but you have to have a strategy playing most of the holes because of all the hazards that can come into play. The first hole, if you don't hit a good drive in the fairway, you'll have to contend with trees and a water hazard protecting the green. They really need to fix up the cart paths and their parking lot. I thought we were going to snap an axle a couple of times.

Course is in great shape and very nice and green. Greens rolled very nice. I play there quite often and it gets better every time I play. The course is very well kept and shows is handled handled with care. I recommend to all my friends.

Fantastic course. We played 18 holes in 3.36. Not bad for a Sunday at 10am. This is a very challenging course that is well maintained. The carts are clean, work well, and were plentiful. The course is in great shape. We will definitely be back.

Decent track.... Greens were well maintained. Interesting layout and some very challenging holes. This course is literally cut out of the woods, making it pretty scenic. Clubhouse is in serious need of an upgrade.
