Rea Park Golf Course

Overall, a really nice golf course! The grass and the greens were in good shape, and the pace of play was great. Only gave it a 4 out of 5 stars because it is a little pricy

Paid $42 to play just to have 7 carts/groups in front of me and my buddies on hole 1. Tried to start on the back 9 to help speed up play and was told we were unable too. Didn’t even tee off hole one , went back into pro shop and couldn’t get refund lol.

My friend & I have golfed at 31 different golf courses throughout the state of Indiana so far this year and unfortunately Rea Park is in the worst condition of them all. I heard they recently received over $800,000 in donations to remodel their clubhouse. Hopefully they can use some of that money to improve the quality of the course itself. The fairways and putting greens are in poor condition. They have lots of dirt spots on every hole. Each hole needs reseeded. Putting on each hole is like playing plinko. Great condition, all mowed very well. Considering 8+ inches of rain this month, the course is very nice. GREENS quite quick, stay below the hole. Pace of play was good on a very busy course. Staff fit our group of 10 right in. Rebekah - As long as you can keep up with the group ahead of you, you won't be bothered.

Great food course! Prices are amazing and the greens are well kept and fast. First come, first serve no tee times. Also a High school course

Unfortunately I wanted to enjoy this golf course but the disrespect my team and I received today on the golf course was enough to make me never want to play there again. Dave Kennedy is the golf professional there and he followed us several times and told us to skip holes and even play the beginner tee boxes to speed up our play. Tried to pay for a round on 8-11-2024 and Tom denies me after saying his rules (not the course rules) but his own rules don’t allow 2 singles to buy separate carts when I had my fiance with me. I fully believe this man denied me admission because my brother and I are Arab. He had checked us out numerous times as my brother and I golf 2-3x a week and never had a problem before. Great local golf course with friendly staff and reasonable prices. Greens and fairways are well maintained. Just the right amount of trees on the course that I managed to hit into.

A good public course that is maintained well. Grass driving range-300 yards with plenty of on most days. Putting green has adequate slopes and 5 hole locations. Chipping is allowed. Course layout makes playing enjoyable with challenging hole approaches. Club house is generic. Nothing fancy. I enjoy practicing and playing here. Reasonablly priced. I Recommend this course.

Rae Park is a great course with wide fairways, well-kept greens, and towering shade trees that are perfect for the duffer looking to enjoy what Mark Twain aptly refered to as "...a good walk spoiled."

I really like the Tuesday deal, 18 holes with a cart for $24.00. The course was nice and cheaper to play than Hulman Links which has a Monday special of 18 holes with a cart for $29.00+ tax. From my experience, I thought Rae Park was the better deal. Hulman Links had fancier golf carts with computer assistance, but Rae Park had nicer greens in 2024. Idle Creek has the best deal with a Monday for $30.00 with a cart, and a meal thrown in at the end.
