In summary

Richmond Centennial Golf Course is frequently praised for its affordability, friendly staff, and well-maintained greens, making it a popular choice for casual golfers and beginners. The course layout offers a mix of challenges, with a more open front nine and a tighter, more challenging back nine. However, some visitors have expressed concerns about the course layout being potentially hazardous, slow pace of play, and occasional maintenance issues, such as uneven tee boxes and poorly maintained fairways.

Worst golf course I’ve ever played! Dangerous course layout with tee offs facing oncoming golfers from the last hole. Greens were so poorly maintained. There’s no Marshall controlling game play, and their groundskeeper will change the garbage or use the leaf-blower as you’re teeing off. The 14th hole had ant hills all over the putting green - see pic. Don’t waste your time. Spend the extra $5-10 and go to a better course!

Great pricing. Not overly crowded. Interesting front & back 9 challenges, even being fairly short overall. The detailed course layout on the scorecard is extra appreciated; better than the most expensive courses in the area 🤟 6/28/24 a little wet, rough getting tricky

Seeing some of the negative reviews, I feel the need to defend this place. The owner CARES. I mean he really cares about his course. This is literally a family business and they are very nice people. Want Stonebridge? Pay 2x as much and play Stonebridge. This place doesn't pretend to be anything that it is not. The course is well maintained. Yes, I did run into a green that was under repair in mid-late 2024. I just told the family there was a 5' gimme and 2 putt max and we'll move on. It wasn't a big deal. As for the negative remarks about the layout, this is fair. There is one area (5th and…

I would rate this course lower if I could... Tee time was 10am for a twosome. The fairways we're dead, almost completely dead grass, but somehow dead while they had every sprinkler on the front 9 running. There is no marshall, or tee off employee staggering tee times. Your tee time is merely a suggestion. Hit a good shot? On the green in one or two looking at par or birdie? Too bad, the greens are so chopped that whatever line you think you have doesn't exist. Some holes the fairway is non existent, Its all fringe or light rough. My tee time got backed up so badly due to pace of play, tha…

Loved our day at Richmond Centennial! Greens are in great shape. Owners take excellent care of course and grounds. Carts are in good shape. Great value! One of the owners (she) even offered to run a errand as our daughter had a personal matter to which to attend. Very nice owners. Very friendly and accommodating. Janice ❤️ PS we will be back soon.

Very dissatisfied. I booked online for a holiday Monday game. Was supposed to be 52$ per player. Got to the course and was told it was 68 per person and that they don't know how their website works to Change rates and would Not honor our booking rate. We played as it would be impossible to find a new course but felt ripped off. Who does not know how their own website works? Carts were so terrible they barely moved and had to pull choke in and out just to stay going. The course was in horrible shape. No cart girl for drinks and in very poor Conditions. I will never be back after being ripped Of…
