In summary

Rock Creek Golf & Country Club receives mixed feedback from visitors. Many appreciate the course's layout, reasonable pricing, and friendly staff, with some noting improvements in the greens and cart paths. However, there are significant concerns about the condition of the greens, inconsistent maintenance, and customer service issues, including reports of theft and booking mishaps.

Multiple reasons why I would not recommend this golf course. The greens are terrible and they have a theft problem in the club house. After finishing the back nine my friends very expensive jacket was taken out of his cart and after we checked the cameras from a neighboring business it showed the guy behind the counter going out and taking it and putting it in his truck! Thought this was a respectable course but obviously not. Do not recommend.

Never again. Greens are horrible and they still charging full price after raising prices after the issue they had last year. Some look smooth but there are lots of bumps and small weeds on the greens that cause a great putt to turn bad. See pics Steer clear and go elsewhere even if the drive is longer and it may cost more

This course cost over 50$ a friend of mine and myself played here due to our home course being closed for a tournament, this course HAS NEVER seen water the tee box’s you need a dewalt drill to get a tee in the ground. The greens are as hard as a cart path. Only course I’ve ever seen a ball bounce on a green. Was highly disappointed in the course. Definitely would save ur money and go somewhere else that actually takes care of there course and doesn’t just wanna take ur money.

The pool deck is always clean and pool water clear, staff always friendly when I see them. There isn't a lifeguard so visitors are responsible for their and their families safety. It's family friendly and parents tend to supervise their children. Several times there have been teenagers. They were always respectful and well mannered. I would give 5 stars except for a few issues. There are wasps in the Men's bathroom, I'm assuming there is a nest nearby. While there is an umbrella table and a stand there are no umbrellas. Last several weeks there have been dead bugs floating in the pool almost c…

Course was in great shape. A lot of good golf only thing needs improvement is it was very hot and no water to drink on the couch other than in pro shop.

BEWARE OF KRISTY. Played there 5/18/25. My car got damaged and Kristy called me a liar. I asked for video but they wouldn't provide a readable copy to Sheriff. Yes I drive a Tesla and it's a fairly new car. I don't vote or have any political side at all. I've been vandalized and hopefully no one else is.

The course layout is decent (specifically the back 9) and the staff was courteous, but those are the only positives. We booked for 4 people and it took us almost 6 hours to finish a round. I can’t blame the course for it being packed, but I can blame them for the awful greens. Truly the greens were in the worst shape I have seen of any course ever. I played a couple of rounds at other courses in the area at the same week and their greens were fine, so it definitely wasn’t the weather affecting it. If the staff would have told us before the round that the greens were in rough shape and offered…

In the past I would’ve given this course a 3 star review based on the condition of the course and the cart paths. I walked the course today and for 18 holes it was $22 which is very fair especially with golf being a popular sport nowadays. They’ve recently installed new grass on the greens and although it was a little furry, it was good. The cart paths were perfect. You could tell they had paved them in the last few months. The only complaint I have is the maintenance folks were mowing the greens and essentially followed me around the entire front 9. I know they have a job to do, but I would’v…

If you use the driving range, you have to use your own balls and retrieve them yourself. No food. Course is in good shape.
