In summary

Roman Nose Golf Course is praised for its challenging layout, picturesque scenery, and well-maintained greens, making it a memorable destination for golf enthusiasts. The course's difficulty is highlighted, with many recommending bringing extra balls due to the narrow fairways and elevated greens. Some visitors note that the course amenities are limited, with older carts and a lack of water stations or a beverage cart, but the unique experience and beautiful setting often outweigh these drawbacks.

First time playing this course and played it from the tips. Absolutely loved it! We did lose our fair share of balls, but knew coming in that we should play Kirkland balls and not Titleist 😁. Course played really well and aside from the windy conditions, it was really fun. Great price for the round and leaned that Mondays are a flat rate for all-day golf. Looking forward to my second round at Roman Nose

Definitely not a 4.7 which is the current rating. Not sure if it’s due to the season but the fairways were dead. Crazy difficult course, but it’s nice they give you a cheat sheet to help. Make sure to bring extra balls, this course eats them.

Layout- 3 Price- 4 Course Amenities- 2 Clubhouse- 3 Vibes- 3 Heard all about this place for years and finally can scratch it off the list. If you have not played here and are within an hour and half or so make the journey. When you’re done, head to The General Store about a mile from the clubhouse for arguably the best hamburger in the state of Oklahoma. No kidding. It’s incredible. Now the golf: I cannot give this course anymore than 3 stars just because it’s literally putt-putt golf on steroids. It’s just not friendly or fair to even seasoned golfers let alone to those who are high handicapp…

Roman Nose State Park is such a beautiful place. We went there for a hike during the spring breake. So many nice improvements. New concrete trails for walking and biking, pool was redone, and area around it with nice picnic place, few new cabins. It really looks pretty up there. You should plan a visit. #RomanNosePark #SpringHikes #OklahomaAdventure

First time here. Course is surprisingly challenging and requires great accuracy off the tee and on approach shots to many elevated greens. So many blind tee shots and approach shots. Overall very well maintained except for a green and fringe or two in rough shape that back nine.

Wish they’d quit burning the course every year and clearing all the trees. Why make this course easier? Whole appeal is the terrain and difficulty. Save the tax money and let it be!

Greens were so much better than I was expecting. Maybe the best sub$100/round greens I've ever played. Green fees are ridiculously cheap. $36 on weekends. Fairways, rough, and tee boxes are about what you would expect from a rural course. You are going to run into some weeds, thin spots, etc. It's a very challenging course with narrow fairways and trouble everywhere you look. Not many are going to play new Pro V1s straight out of the sleeve. Play balls you are willing to lose and have a great time

Great course! Definitely very difficult if you can't place your shots right where you're aiming.

Golf needs more pretty ladies running the pro shop 👍 besides the 40 mph wind, had to good time. Great layout, a bit rough around the edges.
