In summary

Salt Creek Golf Club is highly praised for its well-maintained course, accommodating staff, and beautiful event venue, making it a popular choice for weddings and celebrations. The club's amenities, including a golf experience similar to Top Golf and live band nights, add to its appeal. However, some visitors have experienced slow pace of play and occasional issues with course management.

We had my daughter's sweet 16 there and everything was amazing! The food was out of this world and Renee made the planning a breeze. I'll definitely host my next event there again

A lovely course. I came back today for the first time in maybe 5 years and was pleased with course condition. Greens played fast and were well kept. Cost $42 to play and ride 18 holes on a Monday morning. Very good pricing. The Blue course is longer than the White course and Power lines come into play on Blue holes 2 and 4. Blue 8 has an "island" green. White course holes are all very straight forward. We somehow skipped hole 4. So after you complete the 3rd on the hill. Go to the left for the 4th tee. The tee box below is for 5. It's a pretty even mix of par 3 and par 4s. Some par 4s greens w…

Salt Creek Golf Club was the perfect place for our vow renewal/wedding celebration! Renee and her team were sensational! Excellent communication! They set up everything just the way I wanted and provided excellent service to our guests. The venue is beyond gorgeous and food amazing! You can’t go wrong with having your wedding here! Highly highly recommend! We are already planning another event here because of our excellent communication and experience! Thank you!

We absolutely loved getting married here! Not only was it beautiful, but we also had an amazing amount of help. Let me start by saying Renee is amazing, she goes above and beyond. The venue is gorgeous, you get to customize it to be exactly how you want decor wise. I had literally all of my guests tell me how amazing the food was and that the whole night was beautiful. There was even a mix up about one of sides missing for some people so they came out with trays of what was missing and fixed it right away! Bartender was also amazing and everything was just perfect. 10/10, 1000% recommend getti…

The perfect 18hole par 3 that plays like a full size course at a fraction of the cost. Great place to go get outside for 4hrs and swing the clubs. Pro staff and one of the best spots for new golfers and pro golfers to hone their skills. Same price as 1 hour at a golf range..why not play 18 actual holes?

Attended a wedding last night and we had a fabulous time! It was the perfect venue for 100 guests… A quick ceremony outside and then the reception was indoors and everything looked so nice. They also have a very nice outdoor patio as well where you can mix and mingle. Most impressive though was the ENTIRE staff! We snuck into the pro shop prior to the ceremony to grab a drink out of the coolers and all of the guys were so friendly and fun! The entire wait staff did a fabulous job… They were on point with the appetizers and kept them flowing during the cocktail reception!! Bartenders were very…

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Austin at Salt Creek Golf Course in Illinois. Every time I visit, he goes above and beyond to make sure guests have a great experience. Whether it's helping with check-ins, offering helpful tips, or just being incredibly friendly and professional, Austin consistently stands out as someone who genuinely cares about the course and its visitors. It's rare to come across someone with such a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Salt Creek is lucky to have him — he's the kind of employee you never want to lose. Austin truly makes a difference, and it s…

I visited the TopGolf facility at Salt Creek Golf Club. My second time here was better than the first! The first was so much fun, new and exciting. The second time, I had a better idea of what to expect. I had a bay on the end of the second level to myself. While playing a couple of games I decided to have the chips & salsa w/ guacamole! Very tasty and great portion size. I look forward to visiting with a couple of buddies for an outing!

I'm new to golfing and everyone at Salt Creek made me feel right at home. I was kind of lost at first, but I have to admit that Austin went above and beyond to make my golfing experience awesome. I've gone to other courses and got big timed because I haven't golfed for the last thirty years, but I have to tell you Austin has made me feel like I have golfed for years. So if you are looking to take up golf, head over to Salt Creek and ask to talk to Austin, you will feel right at home.

First time playing here and doubt I will return. Play was painfully slow on the Blue Nine due to a foursome in front of us that had absolutely no idea how to navigate a golf course. Our threesome ended up skipping ahead of them since 2 holes were open in front of them. When we finished they were still 2 holes behind. Where was the ranger? I then moved to the back, White, nine only to encounter what looked like a park district junior league queued up to tee off and was told I'd have to wait for them, probably 5-6 groups, before I could continue! No thanks, not waiting 60 minutes to follow that…
