In summary

Senior Estates Golf & Country Club is appreciated for its friendly community, variety of activities, and reasonably priced homes, making it an appealing choice for retirees. The on-site restaurant, Country Cottage, receives high marks for its comfort food and service. However, some residents express concerns about rising HOA dues, limited access to amenities, and financial transparency within the association.

Had a very nice halibut dinner and wonderful clam chowder. The wait staff are super friendly and service is quick. They have a large variety for dinner too choose from

My parents recently moved here and they absolutely love living here. My mom enjoys the choir, exercise classes and sense of community they work so hard to create here. And my dad loves his garage. I love how clean, quiet and safe it seems and not having to worry about my parents safety in their retirement years. Thanks for giving my parents a great place to call home.

Valerie Owen's, or Valorie O Or any other screen name she creates should move since she obviously hates it here. Great place to live, great amenities, their is a lot to do if your not a angry old hermit that in no way could ever be happy. We are retired! Enjoy life and Quit complaining. Get out, do things. Enjoy the rest of your lives. Life is good my friends.

My wife and I bought a house in the estates five years ago. The houses are small but well-built and the RV storage lot for residents only was an important selling point for us. We also like the indoor pool and hot tub, and the exercise area.

The restaurant has nothing much to do with the Estates or Golf. The owner leases space. Reviews about the restaurant should be done under the name "Country Cottage ". The private golf course that is bankrupting the association for 200 or less people use, and the high HOA dues, no spa in 3 years, no pool 50% or more is constantly unusable, the gym is outdated donated machines, no trainers, the building are outdated and in need of repairs and maintenance and the funds for the last several years disappeared without any accounting for. Members are charged $45 hr for documents/financials etc. Or di…

Members have discovered major cash discrepancies of members funds and on tax returns and loans. HOA dues went from $620 in 2020 to $1300 in 2023 and will increase again on 2024. The amenities are mostly unusable. There has been no spa in the 3 years I've been here. The pool is mostly closed. 1508 homes, support 200 golfers and "their private course". And the Board of Directors and Management team will bully and intimidated people stating "if you don't like it move." Move in costs include a 1.5% nonrefundable SALE Price initiation fee. Operating on close to $2M budget in 2023 we are already in t…
