In summary

Shadow Ridge Golf Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained golf course, friendly staff, and enjoyable amenities, including a renovated tennis court and lively events. However, some visitors express concerns about the high costs associated with membership, including cart fees and food prices, as well as issues with event organization and customer service interactions. Despite these criticisms, the club is appreciated for its family-friendly atmosphere and beautiful setting.

Neighbor's are rude! They drive extremely fast though the neighborhood, we did some work for a customer and had the cops called on us twice for two trucks parked on a public street..

The renovation of the tennis courts is appreciated! The court surface is smooth. I enjoy hitting against the wall for practice.

I quit my membership at my membership at Shadow Ridge because I felt like they were always trying to find a way to nickel and dime me. First, it’s the only golf course in Nebraska that doesn’t allow push carts. This policy pushes more people to pay the cart fee which is overpriced compared to other courses. If you want to take your own cart you have to buy the cart from them. Also, there is very little water on the course. Why? So you’ll buy more bottled water from them. And, they mandate that you pay for club storage even if you don’t want club storage. It’s one thing after another. The cours…

Visited for a concert and the experience was phenomenal! Security check was quick and easy. All vendors use tickets purchased at a booth right when you walk in. Lots of good views from anywhere you stand. I would totally recommend going to a concert here.

Enjoyed a great time with family on the patio. Ate supper, which was good until the jalapeños I asked not to put on my sandwich showed up on it! Otherwise it was a great venue to sit outside.

Went to a concert here and no one knew what they were doing. There was no parking and when they did finally announce parking it was 20 a car. However it wasn't open til 430 when the early entry people needed to be there. We were also told several times we were where we needed to be when in fact that was untrue. We all ended having to run to get where we needed to be to get in on time. Several of us called and messaged with either no return or someone on the line who didn't know what was going on.I would give this place zero stars if I could.

Private golf course. Course is usually in great shape, but everything related to golf is overpriced. Lately found its cheaper as a member to go somewhere else, than pay the high cart fees and $7 beer prices. Pool is not well maintained and my little one slipped on the algae along the slides and hurt his head. Surprisingly, the pool doesn't have towel service either. Fitness center/pool locker rooms are horrible. Golf locker rooms are better, but men's are much nicer than women's and men get there own private bar. Meals are always hit and miss, usually miss. Seems like they are always getting n…

This doesn't speak to the facilities, but to the owners and culture of Shadow Ridge. I recently wrote a review and the owner (or someone writing on their behalf) replied by calling me "ignorant and uneducated" and told me "you're not a golfer". If they are willing to treat customers this way in private, I worry for what their employees must go through when there's no one else around to hear.
